This was a great location for the exhibition center. I wouldn't have wanted to stay there alone as it's in a bit of a back area, however near to malls and 7/11. The people were friendly and the room was clean. I would stay again for the exhibition center.

The room is clean, convenient to travel, easy to find food, but parking is hard to find.

these are apartments. cheap and cheerful. the room itself is cheap and clean, but in the hallway there were huge dead cockroaches:) in general, it is interesting to look at the life of ordinary Thais, but not for long

Very close to Arena Hall, there is a convenience store in front, there is both free and paid parking. Clean room, polite service staff, very good location for a party or concert.

The building is a bit narrow, but overall it's okay. It's easy to find food. If anyone goes to a concert, I recommend it. It's very convenient. The room is clean. The bed smells good. It's exactly as shown in the sample picture. If you're hungry late at night, you can walk to 7-11.

Good accommodation, comfortable, lots of amenities, although the entrance to the building is a bit scary. But everything is very okay. Walking to see a concert at Impact is very easy and comfortable. I've gone to sleep many times. Near 7-Eleven, near Amazon, very easy to find food to eat. If the room is available, you can check in early as well. Very impressed.

The room is spacious, has a sink, refrigerator, and dining table. Unfortunately there is no free parking. Pay another 240 baht for parking.

Don't be misled by this 4-star⭐. I don't know how it was rated. The hotel room is a slum. There is no wifi, no hair dryer, toiletries, and basic supporting facilities. Either the hotel has no front desk, or the houses are renovated. Really. It's a terrible 😰 experience, don't be deceived, don't book it.

Apartment hotel, fully equipped and very new. As an apartment hotel, 280 yuan is not very good value.

It took some time at check-in, probably because I made a reservation just before, but the room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, and I was able to spend a very comfortable time. I am also thankful that it is within walking distance to Impact Arena. I would like to stay again next time.
