Room was spacious and aircon is very cold. Breakfast is normal and got a decent pool for the kids and me. Location is good, just within walking distance got many restaurants.

Overall, if you're primarily looking for a peaceful environment and spacious accommodations, and you don't have high expectations for modern facilities, this place might be worth considering. But if you're particular about room details and hygiene, I'd recommend looking at other options.

Overall stay at the Fortune Courtyard Hotel Khaoyai was good. Though breakfast was simple but good enough for us. Stuffs of the hotel was very friendly & courtesies. Value for money.

The room was a lot more run down than the pictures. I injured my leg when a piece of metal from the couch pillow shot out when I sat down and hit the back of my leg. The room itself is quite nice and comfortable, but needs maintenance. The location was good and the bed was great.

The location is excellent, right next to restaurants, convenience stores, and various tourist attractions. The hotel is also quite well-equipped, and the air conditioning works perfectly. My only minor suggestion would be to install Smart TVs.
