Location is very good. Food is great in both Dilkhush and Cafe Willow. The rooms could have been better, especially the bathroom. The bathroom was very average.The heating system is great. The house keeping is great. Mr Hilal is great with house keeping.

Good hotel. Staff is awesome very helpful staff. Rooms are neat and clean.food is tasty, Restaurant staff Mr akif, Tajamul, Amir and Jahangir are very helpful and humble. I will recommend it to others also and will visit again in future . Thank you Hotel volga

Everything at Volga appears to be satisfactory. It's conveniently situated near the taxi stand and within walking distance of Mamaleshwar Temple. The hotel has a pleasant restaurant, and there are numerous other dining choices nearby. The rooms are well-kept, though they tend to be on the smaller side. Accommodating a third bed in their standard rooms can be challenging. Additionally, accessing the restaurant requires traversing through an open passage, which could be inconvenient on rainy or cold days.

Hotel staff Sajjad Ahmed and Sohail were very courteous, resourceful and attentive to detail. View from hotel was good and rooms were warm thanks to the good heaters installed. It was a memorable stay with surround view of the mountains. All amenities were in place

Mr riyaz was excellent in service and very user friendly. Very good view from room and the food was top notch. Must visit for any family planning to visit Phelgam. Very very comfortable stay . Awesome place. # riyaz bhai you were excellent. Cheers.

One of the most pathetic hotel to stay in Pahalgam . Very poor room service and all room appliances has defects due to improper maintenance. The room heater and water heater was not working in the morning while the temperature outside was -1 and -2 degrees. We never faced such a terrible experience in life. We had 2 kids(1 child and 1 infant ) and dad (75) ,mom(65) wife and myself. And to mention that they were over booked and deceived us by providing us an upgrade to the cottage but this was the condition present.
