Staff courteous room overlooked pool and beach and was very clean. Thank you! Staff in restaurant very busy and it was difficult to get attention sometimes. First meal we had was not a good experience but this was handled well and chef prepared a lovely meal next night and waiter was very attentive. Location and setting cannot be faulted it was very relaxing and beach was deserted! Will go back for longer stay next time and explore surrounding areas.

I stayed one night after arriving in Chennai as I was traveling south by myself. The room was compact, and there was a sofa for one person in addition to the chair, so I was able to relax. It's clean and the shower room is clean. I thought that the breakfast would be continental, but I was surprised to see a variety of Indian dishes. All the staff were kind, and to be honest, I was betrayed in a good way because I didn't expect it because it was India. It's not a resort hotel, so it's the minimum necessary, but I think it's a hotel where you can stay as if you were using a Japanese business hotel.

I am Sivakumar and a PWD person who stayed in Citadines for business accommodation since a month the hotel serving person all are kind hearted person who helped a lot and helped me to move a wheelchair also room cleaning are perfect daily once they cleaning a room particularly Nijamual help me a lot and food also very hygienic in breakfast room one lady help me get a food thanks her.Also room contains TV,free Wifi ,Balcony and then Kitchen items are available like water kettle,bread toaster and then induction stove and some plates spoons etc available mainly fire extinguisher available.I think this is a best experience for me in professional ***ner and particularly security officer Injamamul helped me a lot ***y times and reception staff always gave me more respect for me. This hotel is the hotel I have been staying in. The environment is very good. In addition, the breakfast is also very good. The main thing is that it is too close to where I am going.

I highly recommend this place for families with children. The location is excellent and the ambience is extraordinary. The resort's theme is Rajasthani and is very well-maintained. The hospitality and food are good, although there are a lot of flies, which can be a bit bothersome. The resort has a swimming pool suitable for children of all ages, but please be cautious as the pool area can get slippery. The resort also offers daily programs which are posted near the reception area to keep everyone entertained. It's not just a place to stay for the night, but a great spot to spend quality time with your family and relax.

We recently visited here and the hospitality that they provided to the guests was awesome right from the security to the Housekeeping floor boys. Mr.Chandru and Mr.Ojbir Shaikh from the housekeeping did the fabulous work and especially Mr.Ojbir Shaikh's service was so quick. Thanks for taking care of us and keep it up..

Ambience is really good. Food is decent not the best Cleanliness-perfect Location- decent Hospitality is good but could be better.
