There was no welcome when we arrived neither were we asked how our stay was at the end. In fact we found the reception quite standoffish apart from a young man (see below) The hotel is tired, we booked a mid range room. A lot of the room was a corridor so completely wasted space. The rollers in the shower screen had come out of the guide, the toilet was constantly running water and there was a strange mark on the toilet seat and the bathroom fittings were definitely not four star standard. We were given one complimentary bottle of water between two of us and one extra pillow between of us for a two night stay. None of the bathroom lotions were replenished after the first night. Everything seemed to have an extra price attached to it which has been complimentary in similar hotels My husband was feeling very ill and asked if he could have a glass of tap water at the bar and was refused. He was told he had to pay for water. (The previous hotel gave a glass of tap water with every drink at the bar so it wouldn’t have been an unreasonable request) Whilst we were in our room at 9am on a Saturday morning there was loud intermittent power drilling in the hotel on and off for about an hour. We felt this was a totally inappropriate time to be doing that sort of work then. There was one positive point,a young man on the desk was very helpful when we asked for directions to the nearest pharmacy. We loved Padova and would highly recommend a stay there just not at this hotel

Location was initially hard to find, but I saw a sign on the street pointing the right way to go. My directions gave two ways to go. The first involved going uphill and there were bikes whizzing by, so it wasn't very good if you have luggage. The other was flat and went by a bunch of people hanging out in the street. I didn't feel threatened but it isn't the best area in this lovely city. I don't know what it's like after dark. Basically, you take a right at the McDonalds, walk down the street past the Ethnic Market (a larger convenience store where I bought Coke Zeros several times) and follow the street around to the roundabout, take a right and go about 2-3 blocks. Staff was pleasant, helped with a safe issue (a prior occupant had left it locked) and kept their cool when I spilled some Coke Zero on the floor when retrieving my luggage that I had left after checking out. Internet was good, safe was a good size, and breakfast was good in terms of quality and quantity. There is a restaurant in the hotel that was closed Sunday night. We were very tired one night and ate there and we were glad that it was available. There isn't a lot around the hotel but it was a short walk to a nice area that had a lot of restaurants . We also were able to walk to a laundromat in the area as well as all of the tourist attractions. One curious thing about the hotel was that the room numbers were on the carpet instead of being on the door.

The hotel staff has a good service attitude and the facilities are relatively complete. However, it is far from the city center. There is only one bus nearby, and the last bus is around 7pm. There is no public transportation available at that time. It is recommended for people who drive.

Sono stato all'IH Hotel Padova Admiral diverse volte ora durante le mie visite a Padova e non sono mai rimasto deluso. Uno dei momenti clou del soggiorno è di sicuro la colazione. I dolci fatti in casa (in modo particolare la torta di mele) e il caffè sono ottimi e il personale è sempre cordiale. Consiglierei sicuramente di soggiornare qui a chiunque visiti Padova.

The hotel is in a strategic location, a few kilometres from Padova and well connected to the other centres of Veneto. The hotel is comfortable, with a large parking and a large garden. Break rooms and well accessory. Small point: I occurred in the days when the soya crops were cut and the area was thus infected with the chemistry (to be not confused with the chemistry of bed that are another thing and that were not present inside the area). The hotel took all the shortcomings of the case to avoid disturbances to the clients due to insects. Even though I found some chemists killed by the sprays used. The hotel was very comfortable and was very efficient and very convenient.

I like hotel chains. When I see the name of the hotel, I more or less know what to expect. Crowne Plaza Padova is a real example. Spacious room, friendly staff, hygiene as expected. The hotel is 8 km from the center, which meant a 10-15 minute drive to the center and parking in the spacious parking lots next to the old town. The hotel has a large parking lot and also its own garage, and everything is included in the price. Breakfast is a bit on the ”Italian side”, more sweet than savory, but that's common in Italy. Enough for full satisfaction for two nights.

5 Stars isn’t quite enough! This is a breathtakingly beautiful hotel. Filled with a tremendously talented and dedicated team who treat you like family and aren’t satisfied until they have knocked your socks off:) From the moment you pull up outside until you turn in your keys and bid arrivederci to the AMAZING team at the Abano Ritz Terme, be prepared to be blown away at every opportunity. The ambiance is sophisticated and serene. The pool and the grounds are opulent and oh so soothing. The spa team- ok I’m out of adjectives. Suffice to say I felt pampered. I felt valued as a guest (which unfortunately does not happen as much these days as if used too.) The food?!? OMG THE FOOD!!! Exquisite!!! I lived learning about the mineral springs and deposits at the base of the Eugenian Hills. My body and soul were recharged and I was so surprised! I’ve been told that one needs a full week for the mudpacks to do their thing completely. In just a few days my aches and joint pain disappeared. Would love to spend more time in the unbelievable swimming pool there. My husband and I are already planning out next visit- which will be a full 7 days (at minimum). Do yourself a huge favor- reserve a week at the spa and be prepared to be dazzled ❤️⭐️💝

This hotel is excellent. Location is next to the train station Staff are AMAZING.all friendly and the receptionist that helped me put a plaster on my cut head should be awarded a prize. The food is excellent ( this is probably due to the fact this hotel works with a lot of Italians -and Italians don't take well to bad food) My room was modern and super clean. Pool area also lovely and cleaned all day long. If I can give one thing I would personally suggest changing,it would be to write an indication to what the food is in the salad bar ( we all know what letus and tomatoes are, but lots of the other things don't look familiar to foreigners) a simple badge in front of the article will suffice. I would also recommend to RCI clients to read the T&Cs on Their booking as they have half board extra to add on . Great value for money for this class of hotel I recommend the full board as it's really worth it and the menu is different every day with high quality food and well cooked

TTYKLThe photos of the hotel internally is nothing like it is now so don’t expect what you see. The staff were exceptional, friendly, accommodating and very helpful. Nothing detrimental on their behalf and our room was clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable.Aircon was ok but doesn’t go below 20 so I think the summer temperatures might have a struggle. However! The wellness centre is closed completely. The pool is closed. for private functions only . The bar closes early. Breakfast is …..well the reviews were not wrong. We tried the restaurant….when it was open ( closed during our visit more than once) set menu, costly and …..like the breakfast, lacking in quantity. The bar has no ambience and the chairs are boardroom style and uncomfortable. This is not our first BW hotel stay but it very nearly could be.

GGuest UserEverything is very good. The surrounding environment is very good. It is near the University of Padua. The breakfast is great. You can see a good view on the 12th floor. The hotel facilities are relatively new. The waiters are very serious and attentive. They take good care of the room every day. There are The bathtub experience was great. The only drawback is that my refrigerator is broken. I hope the hotel will check the equipment in advance when providing the guest room. After I pointed out that the refrigerator was broken, the maintenance person has not dealt with it for a long time. This experience is very bad. Other than that, everything is good. I still give this hotel 4.5 stars.

The Best Western Plus location was very close to all of the activities we had planned for our quick visit to Padova. The hotel is clean, modern, updated, with the convenience of breakfast served daily. Staff are extremely helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserBefore our trip I read a lot of comments that hotel is pretty old and tired. But when we arrived we realized that hotel has been renovated. All the rooms are modern, fresh and cozy. Hotel has good parking, tasty breakfast on the last floor with the nice view. Rooms have comfy beds and balkonies with the good view. Location is not far from the city center and train station. From the last one you can easily reach to Venice. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I can defintelly recomend this hotel for couples and families with kids and grand parents.

GGuest UserAbbiamo soggiornato, assieme a mia moglie, per due notti in questo hotel. La struttura, moderna e funzionale, si trova appena fuori Padova, in una zona residenziale, ad un paio di chilometri dall'uscita Padova Est dell'autostrada A4. E' in una posizione strategica perché si trova in un luogo tranquillo ma da cui ci si può muovere con molta facilità sia verso il centro di Padova che verso la vicina stazione di Busa di Vigonza per recarsi in treno a Venezia in appena 40 minuti. A tal proposito ringrazio il proprietario per gli ottimi consigli, sia per visitare Padova che per recarci a Venezia. La camera, di recente ristrutturazione, era molto ampia, moderna e perfettamente climatizzata. Il letto (king size) era veramente comodo e tutta la struttura splendidamente pulita. La colazione a buffet offre una grande varietà e qualità, sia per chi ama il dolce che per chi ama il salato. All'esterno c'è un'ampio parcheggio di proprietà, anche se non custodito. I titolari sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. Merita veramente!

Great place for the money. Loved the restaurant at Giorgio, they make exceptional pizza. We spent all the time in the gym and later in the pool, where we met two great tip-tap-toe dancers from Frosinone. The only problem was that the neighbouring room complained for the banging at 3 am. But that was our fault, we admit, and we’re deeply sorry. Padova (Padua) is an amazing city, full of things, but a bit over the place. The main sight we suggest is the “Ponte de quatro martiri” where you can enjoy the sunset and the spiders hanging around. Also we suggest a day to Legnaro, the only thing is to beware incoming thunderstorms. The best thing about Padua though is the bus system, which is free and always on time. I’ve forgot to mention the beautiful Capela di Scovregni, where you can admire the masterpieces by Lionardo and Rafaello. We would also like to thank the staff for their exceptional service, summed by the motto: “NO”, which they told meant “of course”. The only complaint was when we asked for the access to the meeting room, to which they replied: “…cuesti a un cost”, which made us realise how tough life is for everyone

Please note that exceptional breakfast varies and with sweet and salty products of excellent quality. The receptionist's courtesy was also very appreciated: the location if you walk is not the best, the road from the station is not beautiful and the buses are not right in front.

GGuest UserThe Hotel Europa is only a ten or twelve minute walk from the Padova railway station and is easy to find. The hotel is also only about a ten minute walk to the centre of the old town, with historical sites and shopping, restaurants and bars all being fairly close. Check-in was easy and despite being early by about twenty minutes, the receptionist gave me a room. A double room, it had an independent air-conditioning unit, a safe (which was unfortunately locked when I arrived), plenty plug points, a fridge with two bottles of water and a bathroom with very basic toiletries. The internet wifi worked alright. Rather strangely for a 4 star hotel however, there was no coffee machine/kettle in the room with instant coffee/tea etc. The room was clean and although not luxurious was comfortable enough. Breakfast was of the usual continental style but with the addition of bacon and scrambled or boiled eggs. A few rolls, breads, croissants, pastries, tarts as well as cold meat, cheese, yoghurt, choice of cereals, fruit juice and some fresh fruit. Sounds like a lot, but compared with other hotel breakfast buffets, it was actually quite meagre. No self-service coffee machine (probably a good thing!) but you could ask the staff for a cappucini or whatever. They didn’t actively ask if you wanted a coffee; you had to approach and ask them. Likewise when first entering the restaurant there was no ‘buongiorno” or “good morning”, just a rather sour faced woman asking for your room number. I did ask the receptionist if the safe in my room could be opened so as I could use it and was promised that somebody would come later to fix it but they never did. However having lost my phone charger, I also asked if I could borrow one and the receptionist went into a drawer and gave me one to use. Check-out was quick with another cheery guy at reception. Overall, a bit of a hit or a miss type of place. The receptionists were fine (other than not following up on my request regarding the room safe) but the attitude of the breakfast staff leaves a lot to be desired and I can’t understand a 4 star hotel not having a kettle in the room. At best an average hotel which seemed to me to be more of a 3 than a 4 star. I’ve actually stayed in several better 3 star hotels in Italy than this place. Significantly better!

RRicciGabrieleThe structure is located in a very good location, close to the city centre and also close to the main road arteries. Free to reach and with double parking possibilities: closed in underground garage or outdoor in reserved and overseen area. The hotel has a good bar service, a good restaurant, a beautiful and comfortable hall and a well-provided and free gym for all guests. Excellent experience.
