We were very well welcomed at the hotel. We were happy from cleaning the rooms to relaxing the beds.The water was full of eyelids with big gliders with a very large area.The animation fun that was held in the evening revived both our eyes and to spend time It was very well thought. The staff worked and interested very well, I thank you for the interest and interest that Sezgin Brain showed us.

Regarding the accommodation, I found the rooms in the old wing to be on the smaller side. While they were well-maintained and clean, guests looking for spacious accommodation might find them a bit lacking. Another issue I encountered was related to sound isolation. The walls in the old wing rooms did not seem to be sufficiently soundproofed, resulting in noise from other guests being clearly audible. This can be somewhat disruptive, especially during the night or early morning hours. Despite these minor drawbacks, the service provided by the staff was commendable. They were friendly, efficient, and always ready to help. This, combined with the excellent rooftop facilities, makes the zhm Premier a strong contender among Padang hotels. In summary, while there are areas for improvement, the unique offerings and quality service make zhm Premier Padang a worthy choice. I look forward to seeing these improvements on my next visit, and I am confident that these changes will enhance the overall guest experience.

Staff is very friendly, helpful. Service is good, clean, comfortable, and hotel also has Netflix and YouTube to watch, very nice.

The food is very good The location is very easy to go anywhere Very good service The facilities need to be repaired again, like the towels in the room need to be exchanged for cleaner and nicer ones (my towels in the room were torn and looked too worn), there was no hot water for bathing, the floor was wet, there were mosquitoes

I thought Whiz Hotel has very small room but it turned to be okay. With the price we paid, it is more than okay. It has king size bed (i thought it would be queen size) and the room is very clean, the shower is good. Water pressure is very good and hot water run well. Located very well in the city, easy to find food and market. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Recommended...

First time a hotel here. Strategic location, surrounded by many restaurants and cafes as well. For comfortable, clean rooms, cold ac. Comfortable beds can rest peacefully. Clean toilet, hot water too. Only wifi is a bit loose at 11pm up.

Clean, good service, not noisy, close to the city center, access to buy food or snacks outside nearby, nice park for relaxing in the morning, hot water provided

Overall is ok. Location wise quite convenient, opposite Air Tawar train station. Bedroom a bit run down, refurbish needed.
