There are no windows, and you only have a cristal to nowhere, however, still light enters the room.
Dirty sheets, limited and old towels, terrible customer service.
The hardest mattress I've ever sleep.

There was no air conditioning in the rooms. We were checked in and were not told about the AC problem. This is in the middle of summer and the temperature in the rooms was in the 80s. One of the rooms had a repugnant smell and the staff didn't do anything about it.

Al ser un hotel en un centro comercial se escucha mucho ruido. La cama, para mi gusto, es matrimonial y no queen size como dice en su reserva.

En términos de limpieza todo bien las instalaciones del hotel son nuevas pero en confort si tuve una mala experiencia la cama era literalmente como dormir en el piso extremadamente dura
