Mountain resort, easy access even by car, beautiful view of the fields, spacious room and large private balcony. Worthy experience when staying in Chau Doc.

There are not enough deck chairs by the pool, and when we ask for them we are told that there are no more. There are only 10 deck chairs when there should be at least double that. Customers are forced to lie on the floor on the tiles. However, there is plenty of room around the pool to put more deck chairs. There is even a terrace below the swimming pool, which could accommodate new deck chairs. I don't understand why the hotel managers don't buy more deck chairs. It’s ridiculous and it doesn’t correspond to the standard of the hotel. For the rest, the staff is lovely, the restaurant is good, and the view is beautiful (although sometimes/often foggy but that's the weather). The price is way too high (100€/night for us, out of season...) compared to other hotels in Vietnam, especially for lying on the floor on the hard tiles. I hope this point will be changed for the next customers.

The lovely hotel has 40 rooms located halfway up Sam Mountain. The rooms have very large balconies and views of the rice fields below. The resort is designed in French style, immersed in nature. Because it's on the mountainside, moving definitely requires going through a lot of stairs up and down. It looks beautiful and poetic, but it won't be very suitable for the elderly who have difficulty moving. Because the design is environmentally friendly, elevators are not used and the restaurant area is open, without air conditioning, so the restaurant is a bit hot at noon, and there are mosquitoes in the evening. The room is beautiful, the bathroom is old-fashioned, the furniture is also old, but because the overall resort is very beautiful, this is not a significant problem. The bellboy staff are all extremely enthusiastic, cute, and make a very good impression.

We spent only one night here : the hotel is located on the hill overlooking the rice fields below and the position is quite nice . There are many stairs to reach the rooms and we found our room it a little bit “old style “ and not of the same level of other hotels we stayed in Vietnam , Anyway the room was very clean with a nice terrace to enjoy the scenery. Breakfast and dinner were ok. To us , this is the kind of hotel more suitable for groups . Anna and Francesco from Italy
