We stayed just one night to meet family members for dinner in Oxford.
It is very well located for the city cetre. Despite that, it is in a quiet location and we had a good night's rest in a small but comfortable room.
It lacks the range of facilites that you may want for a long stay. For example, it has no lounge, restaurant or lifts, which is the only reason I could not give 5 /5 for facilites. What facitlities is does have are good: in room tea and coffee making, television, radio and WiFi. Staff are friendly and helpful.
We came by car and used the Park and Ride system, which is excellent. Oxford bus services are good. The hotel is also only a short taxi ride from the station if you go by train.
The hotel was ideal for a short stay and we will use it again.

It was the second day of opening when I stayed there. The facilities were quite complete. Although the breakfast menu was the same every day, the taste was good. The reception service was also very good.

I am curious why the most expensive hotel in the whole UK is not in King's Cross Street, but in Oxford, more than 900 nights without breakfast, low cost performance. The socket location is not good. Nothing else is wrong, it is within acceptable range.

The hotel is within a five-minute walk from the bus station. There are many shops on the side. It is located in the center of the city and the traffic is very convenient. The bed is not big, one more child has to add 50 pounds, the charge is slightly more expensive, the other is very ordinary conditions, the bath brand is good, L'Occitane's set.

This is a hotel converted from an old castle prison. It is very innovative. There are two types of rooms. One is a room converted from two cells, and the other is a normal room. The window of the room converted from the cell is a small upper window like in the prison. The normal room I booked has a balcony. It depends on everyone's preference. The room has a coffee machine and a towel heating rod. The shower room is small and the button area is large, but it takes some skills to press it. The first time I pressed it for a long time, it didn't trigger. The air conditioning in my room was slightly insufficient, but the hotel service staff actively solved the problem. The overall service was very warm and thoughtful, sharing town maps and so on, so despite the slight inconvenience, I still like the style and service of this hotel. The breakfast is also good, and the black pudding is awesome. In addition, some rooms have stairs in addition to the elevator. If you have large luggage, you can try to contact the hotel to use the small elevator, as shown in the last picture

This is a good hotel in central part of the city. We didn't use any of the facilities due to our short stay at the hotel.
It looks quite decent and room was nice and cozy. Service was ok, but could be better if you get a proper greeting or a sort of welcoming that is expected at this level of hotels.
Location is close to bus station and railway station, which is convenient if you are in/out of Oxford for a short stay.

The hotel has an excellent location, artistic style, relatively new room facilities, very clean and tidy, and it was a pleasure to stay! Check in at 15:00. We arrived early. We originally planned to store our luggage first, but we were allowed to check in directly. Thank you very much!

One of the better located Premier Inns I've stayed at, right in the centre of Oxford with plenty to see and do easily within walking distance. Paid a little bit extra for a plus room, always worth it I reckon. Breakfast was one of the better ones I've had of late at a Premier Inn, for some reason recently they seem to be lacking, but this one changed that trend. If you're driving and you're not a millionaire, I would strongly suggest using the park and ride in Oxford. Local parking is crazily expensive, the bus from the car park drops off pretty much outside the hotel (at least it will when they've finished the roadworks). I would recommend it, and we will be staying here again when next in Oxford.

YYee11The Leonardo Royal Hotel Oxford is a stylish hotel located on the outskirts of Oxford, offering a blend of comfort and convenience. Lucky to have some light decorations to the rooms due to availability. The room is spacious which come equipped with comfortable bed, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities. Slight pointer is that there is no heat warmer or heater in the room.
The hotel features an on-site restaurant and bar, where visitors can enjoy a variety of meals, including a well-regarded breakfast. For relaxation, the property offers excellent leisure facilities, such as an indoor swimming pool, fitness center, sauna, and steam room but you need to make prior appointment before usage. These amenities are especially appreciated by those looking to unwind after exploring the historic city of Oxford.
Situated near major road networks, the hotel is ideal for travelers arriving by car, with on-site parking available. However, some guests note that parking might come with an additional charge but come at fixed $6 per day. Should you require breakfast is best to purchase it on the day you checked it as it will cost $15 instead of $18.
Overall, the Leonardo Royal Hotel Oxford is a dependable and comfortable choice, offering a modern retreat just a short distance from the vibrant cultural and academic attractions of Oxford.
CC朗Limited facilities provided. Only a restaurant and some toys for kids. Breakfast was good and tasty. Staff can be more trained to provide better services. Had an experience that when the cleaner cleaned my room, he or she just put some unopened rubbish bags inside the rubbish bins and I have to open the bags and wrap it into the rubbish bin by myself. Front desk had also lost my registered parcel they collected for me.
GGuest Uservery nice boutique hotel with a good bar and restaurant below. The room nice, clean, minimalist but good furniture and decent shower. Only one complaint - if you are not a fan of capsule coffee (and I am definitely not) and you just want a cup of tea, it's a pain to have to google the coffee machine to work out how to use it when just a simple kettle would have been fine. Just 4 for the location because of the chaos at the Botley road bridge which is going on till this time next year at least! Lovely breakfast menu with good service.
GGuest UserI took a picture of the breakfast. It was relatively clean, the staff was very polite, and it really didn't feel like it had any special features. It should be a hotel with several rooms connected together. The Oxford area is relatively cool, and there is no air conditioning in the rooms, but there is heating, and fans are provided in the cabinets.
There are no slippers, but plastic cups are provided. We booked a 20-square-meter room with 2 beds and a desk. There is no space for the suitcases after unfolding them. There is a restaurant as shown in the picture. The breakfast is okay. I like the roasted mushrooms very much. There are boxed yogurt and milk.
The houses in Oxford are relatively expensive. I think the location is average. It takes more than 20 minutes to walk to the recommended popular attractions. It feels that it is so expensive (weekends + peak season) and it is not worth spending 3,000.
Pictures 1 and 2 are breakfast, and picture 3 is a picture of the surrounding area. I forgot to take a picture of the hotel.
CcheneddieThe location is very convenient. There is a bus stop about 100 meters away. You can take the bus to the center of Oxford in about 15 minutes. It takes 12 minutes to walk to the summer town center, where there are supermarkets and various restaurants. The hotel's breakfast is quite satisfactory and is served at 9:30. I stayed in the attic room, which requires climbing two flights of stairs. Guests with large suitcases should pay attention.
Overall, it is a good stay experience.
KKHN31We stayed here twice for our trip oxford > london > Oxford. First booking was a double room and second was twin room. Those who looking to stay alone or travel in couple, highly recommend to go for twin room as the twin room is definitely more spacious than the double room. Nonetheless, you still won’t have enough space to open your luggages on the floor. Cleanliness was good, they lent you hair dryer but the toilet amenities is lacking. Location is convenient as there’s bus to take u to city center at 2 pound each way or you could walk for 40 mins to the city too. Affordable and ok stay but I’d prefer to stay in city center the next time.
GGuest UserI really like travelodge, would come here over and over again. Clean Lilly white towels. My room was warm enough and not too cold. They had turned on the heater before I've arrived. Customer service was great too. Only wish they had a fridge and microwave in the room, besides that everything is perfect.
GGuest UserFantastic place for a quiet stay within a 25-minute walk of Oxford city centre. The accommodation is clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making it a truly relaxing retreat. We had to be up early in the morning, but the location was very quiet. Mandy who assisted us with check in was incredibly professional and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. Highly recommend this gem.
GGuest UserRoom #904. Parking was provided (limited availability, but no problem if you check in early). Nice room, but noisy bunch of young people partying below us that evening and night, but I appreciate that can't be helped while the May VIII's are racing on the river (Bumps).
We had some friends join us for supper in ”Keepers' restaurant and bar and were repeatedly hurried by the waitress to get our order in before 8:40pm ”because 9pm is when the chef goes home”. Well it didn't need a 'chef' truly, but the food was acceptable and reasonably priced at £120 for 4 including drinks. No chance of pud though, unless you had ordered it before the watershed. We had bought our own birthday cake, so we had that instead. I can't think of any other European countries where this would happen...
We asked if we could leave our car in situ for a few hours after we checked out the following morning and we were accommodated with grace, which was very kind. A well-situated establishment, we paid £150 for the night for a double room in the new block.
GGuest UserThe facilities are old, but fortunately the room is big enough. The breakfast is not very rich, but it is made now, which is very good.
The location is also close to Oxford, come out and take the bus directly on the main road.
