Hotel Gran Regente

As for the location, I can say it's centrally located near leisure and dining areas. The facilities leave something to be desired for a 4-star hotel; they are outdated and sometimes malfunction, such as the restrooms.

We stayed one night in room 502 and our experience was truly awful: - The room was excessively hot, even though we asked the hotel staff to turn off the heating. - There were unpleasant smells in the bathroom. We mentioned this shortly after arrival, but the hotel staff offered no solution. - There was constant noise from the street all night. Despite the heat, we had to keep the door closed because of the noise. The location is excellent, but I cannot recommend the hotel.

Unbeatable location. Excellent cleanliness and very friendly staff.

Located near the area with traditional cider bars. The facilities are good, although the check-in and check-out process is a bit slow; that aspect needs improvement.

Breakfast was just barely adequate.

Excellent, everything was perfect. Huge bed for one person. Perhaps the shower was a bit small. However, everything was fine. Good location behind the cathedral. Close to shops, transport, bars, and everything else. Thank you for your hospitality.
