Ibis Oviedo

The location is good, about 1 kilometer from the train station. The breakfast is plentiful and offers a wide variety of options. It gets busy on weekends but not so busy on weekdays. The overall price is very reasonable. There's a supermarket within 300 meters, making life convenient.

No complaints, the cleanliness was good, the facilities were more than sufficient, much better than in other hotels with more stars, everything seemed very correct and the breakfast was super good, so I don't know if I will return to Oviedo but if I return I will stay there.

The service is bad, the staff aren't attentive, and the bathrooms are lacking in many things. I hope they improve.

The hotel is well located and generally not bad, the problem is that for the price, the room is incredibly small in every way. I've stayed in hotels in Madrid that offered much more amenities and had more space for a lower price, so I'm very disappointed. I can't imagine what it would have been like if it had been the Ibis Budget, because if this one seemed like this... Parking costs €8 per night, and I didn't try the restaurant. Also, I requested a room with twin beds and specified this in the booking, but they completely ignored it. I didn't complain because it wasn't a big deal, but I should have. I certainly don't want to set foot in an Ibis again.
