Excellent accommodation, as it’s one of the best and my favourite hotel within the area, for visiting friends and family nearby. Also, there’s a great food choice of quality meals within the restaurant as well. Lovely full breakfast in the morning. Lastly, the staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. Thanks again for another great stay!

The beds were so comfy! I don’t know what the mattress is but it’s really comfy. The staff could not be more helpful to us. We were a large party of 9 and they had made us a table up in the morning so we could all sit together and have breakfast. They really couldn’t do enough for us.

Absolutely perfect stay at this beautiful, new, cosy and well located hotel. It feels luxurious yet it has the family feel. Stunning and clean bedrooms, gorgeous food (best burguers we tried in a long time and delicious homemade icecream). Staff are welcoming, courteous and helpful. Thumbs up to Casey for his impeccable customer service. Only half an hour away from Sandringham Estate and a 15 minutes drive to Downham Market. Plenty of parking. Easy access. We will come back and highly recommend to anyone visiting Norfolk.

All was good until Easter Monday morning for breakfast, we ordered full english breakfast as we had done the previous morning, as it arrived we noticed the it was just piled up and floating in oil, the worst was the hash browns, fried slice , Not a pleasant taste at all, we realised this was a different chef from the previous morning,

Very comfortable room. They were kind enough to provide room service as i traveled solo and the food was spectacular, couldn't fault a thing. I didn't opt for a sound proof room, but there really wasn't much outside noise anyway. The only negative was that the TV could've done with an update to a smart tv.

My wife and I stayed at the Crown Lodge for one night on route to the Norfolk Broads. We honestly cannot pick fault with this hotel. We were originally going to book with ********** however when we contacted the hotel direct and spoke with a very pleasant and helpful staff member Becca (if I remember rightly). We were offered a price match with an upgraded room + breakfast. The rooms were modern and very spacious, spotlessly clean. We ordered food from the evening menu which was A La Carte, the food was amazing. The restaurant overnight stay was topped off with an amazing breakfast. I can honestly say we have traveled the world extensively and the breakfast was up there with the best hotels. Well done. We live 250 miles away so won’t be a regular, however we will definitely be returning next year. Well done to all staff, you do a cracking job.

Stayed due to a Business meeting and was met on arrival by the owner, very respectful to other customers and also to the staff as they directed us to our meeting room. I stayed for the evening and was more than pleased with my room, very modern and comfortable, outside it was minus 3 degrees, my room didn’t show any signs of what was happening outside, underfloor heating was just the ticket! The shower was great, needed before we met for the evening meal in the restaurant, choices were fantastic and when the staff were asked on recommendations, they sure knew what they were saying. I only managed a starter and a main, I loved it. The food served during the rest breaks were very good, I’d actually recommend this to anyone who wanted to hold training, business development or conference meetings. 5* plus recommendations from me across the board.

This hotel really felt like home from home - the room was modern, clean, exceptional spacious and the best thing of all that made it feel homely was the underfloor heating. So for accommodation this place is perfect for a business trip and one of the few hotel where I actually slept well while away.
