The small room is clean and tidy, there is only one pillow that you can't lie on, and the refrigerator is full. You are asked to change your shoes when entering. When I went out in the morning, I found a plastic bag of towels hanging on the handle outside my door. I took it into the room. When I came back in the evening, no one came to clean the room. Fortunately, we only stayed for two nights. The location is between the JR station and the canal, which is convenient and cost-effective.

The location is good, not far from Otaru Station. It's big and has several shops. It feels like an international youth hostel. The front desk was very welcoming, stored luggage, had wifi, and even borrowed a plug converter.

It was good that I was able to check in right away from Otaru Station, and that it was close to famous places and shops that I wanted to go to, making it easy to move around. Also, the sauna was great!

I think the green hotel is too convenient. It's right next to the JR line. It has bathing and breakfast. The room is a bit small, but basically hotels at this price range in Japan are not big, especially in the city center. Cleanliness and ease of travel are the most important.

When I came to Otaru for the first time, I found this hotel with a good price/performance ratio and the service was very friendly. The location is near JR Otaru Station. There is a bus stop next to the JR station. It is very convenient to take the bus here to go to Mount Tengu or back to Sapporo. The hotel is only a 5-minute walk to the Otaru Canal.

1. The hotel room is too small, with a 4-foot bed. Activity space and rest are affected. This was the worst hotel reservation I made during this trip to Hokkaido. Need to compare and choose again next time
2. The hotel has a good location. It is about 6-8 minutes walk from JR Otaru Station, Triangle Market, Funamizaka, shopping malls, and supermarkets.
