Haka House Wanaka

Good location. Lots of free parking just opposite the street. If you can download their app, check-in is very easy.

The room have a nice lake view and comfy. There is a common kitchen for cooking purpose and lounge to rest. The only small comment is that there is no free luggage storage.

The room was cozy and stylish, with everything I needed for a relaxing short stay.

Not super close to the Richies/Intercity bus stop, but still within a 10-min walk. Room is a bit small, and the curtain on the bed had a stain. On the bright side, the public area facilities are great, the kitchen is big and well equipped. There’s also a supermarket nearby, which is probably the main convenience. For first-timers at Haka House, just a heads-up, the main door needs a password. If the receptionist doesn’t mention it, check your email or look around the wall for any info posted.

Cleanliness is not the best compared to other Haka House, but location is pretty convenient in Wanaka. Still reasonable for a night or two.

Location couldn’t be much better. Very comfortable beds, decent showers and laundry area. The outside terrace space is stunning. Didn’t use the kitchen but looks huge.
