Overall good, but the type of food is average, depending on personal habits, the facilities are not perfect, the hot springs are not open, unfortunately, the others are good

Nice and affordable hotel in Ski Resort. 4x meals including tea time. Various facilities are available. The view so nice. Can rent ski equipment. The furniture is quite old. Staffs are not fluent in English.

The hotel is very good in the location, but its rooms were very small, the windows were small, the bed was not comfortable (( food was not delicious ( but employees were people with a rose face 😊

They traveled by transit from the Aegean coast to Istanbul Airport, stayed for a night. Choose a place next to the shopping center to rest and buy something, and not to go to the city at the same time. The hotel is not new, but cleanliness and service at a decent level. Breakfast is also quite diverse, not luxurious, but choice is. The customer-oriented service, the requests are responded adequately, the number was given higher, as we asked, allowed to leave free later, as we didn't manage. The Internet worked without interruptions, including in the room. In general, for transit or business trip I would strongly recommend, for recreation is unlikely to suit, the place is very specific - around the track, shopping and industrial zone. And another big minus - the pool works from 14.00 to 22.00, from morning there is no ability to swim. It is strange. And in general, the hotel is not bad. quiet, clean, quiet.
