Manager was on site to give me a tour of the facility including where the laundry services were ! Some smart TVs would be great ! There are many children that play in that hotel , maybe different programs will help in entertaining them . Love the hotel size and how sociable Everyone is

This is my second time coming to this place with the kids. They are in the process of renovations but for the price and what you get nobody should have any complaints. They say you can only have one bag of ice but I took two or three a day and nobody ever said anything. Everyone there is very nice and accomodating. They have a kitchen and microwave and I brought food and fed the kids so that we didn't have to go out and eat. Never had a problem with room or A/C. There are no bugs or critters. I am planning my next trip for this year. Don't plan on eating there as the food choices are slim and very short hours of operation but there are TONS of restaurants in the local area and an ice cream shop a few blocks down. Thats all kids want anyway. Sheets, room are always clean. Older hotel but they have fixed it up nicely. Major complaint (and huge loss of money for them) is they have a game room that is not air conditioned so it gets very little use. It is disappointing as the kids would enjoy it, but Im not one for sitting in a sauna. They keep the doors open because it is so hot. The laundry is not air conditioned either. Don't book for a Monday as I don't know why but the water park is not open then and you won't know until you get there. Locals can go Tuesday through Thursday night and it is extremely reasonable. They let you use the waterpark if you are early and have to wait to check in and they let you use it the whole day you check out!! Well worth it for a young family!!

Excellent hotel!!Big shout out to the General manager Amber Kesely for sorting out a situation with my reservation she is fantastic. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, the check in was fast and smooth, my room was very clean and the pools and gyms was excellent. Did I mention that free breakfast is a plus and the location cannot be beat. The location in Kissimmee can’t be beat. I will be back!!

We stayed here while vacationing to Universal Studios. I don't normally leave many reviews but I had to mention this hotel's customer service which was excellent. The breakfast was fresh and delicious and the sweet lady working in the breakfast area, Ana, was such a warm charismatic individual. She checked the room card with a smile and a kind word, asked us several times if there was anything else we needed and was just altogether pleasant. When I mentioned to my family how nice she was, my sister-n-law, who has been to this hotel 4 times this year, made the comment that every time she has been here Ana was working and she always is incredibly nice to everyone. This hotel is super clean, comfortable, and the facilities are modern. We will definitely be back.

I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the door to our room. White walls, white bed coverings, white furniture, linoleum floors. I can’t say enough about this place. The girl that checked us in was super sweet and helpful. I will stay again.

First, we paid for a room with a pool view, but when we arrived, we were given a room without a pool view. It took some time (approximately 2 hours) and some convincing, but the manager was able to relocate us to a room with a pool view. When we arrived in the new room, we were pleased with the location and space; however, the furnishings appeared old and not well-maintained; most wooden furniture contained many scratches, the dresser drawers in the bedroom were off the rails and not easily opened, seating on the couch in the living room was impossible, as one almost sank to the floor when attempting to sit on the couch. The overall style and look of the furnishings were just old. It's so sad for a hotel with a great location and upscale reputation.

A simple hotel perfect as a base, a room to crash to after a busy day at the nearby parks.. Literally a few easy minutes to Disney Parks, Celebration, Old Town, international drive or the i4 for Universal, Outlet Malls etc etc... Rooms are spotlessly clean, hot water, massive comfortable beds, evan a small pool area to relax by that didn't feel busy and a basic but filling breakfast... perfect as a crash pad with free.. easy parking. Only thing we'd add is ask for the quiet side if you struggle with road noise we didn't and no issues but some say it's a pain.. loved our stay.
