Regarding the inconvenience you experienced with the facilities during your stay, we apologize and would like to explain as follows: First, regarding the microwave oven issue you mentioned, we immediately inspected the room after receiving your feedback. The unevenness on the top of the oven cavity is part of the product's original design (specifications). We also checked the turntable for any misalignment and confirmed that it was in good working order. This was not caused by a previous malfunction, so please rest assured. On the other hand, regarding the malfunction of the bedroom air conditioner and the issue of frost (thick ice) in the freezer, we sincerely apologize for our negligence. The air conditioner has been urgently repaired, and the refrigerator has been defrosted immediately. In addition, we will strive to provide clearer guidance regarding laundry detergent information and front desk hours (not 24-hour service). Thank you for your valuable feedback.
