Every time we visit Osaka, we stay here. The kids love it, and the connecting rooms are especially great for families! The lobby offers complimentary coffee and various drinks, and from 1 PM to midnight daily, there are free snacks and cookies. The breakfast selection is also extensive. The location is superb, just a few minutes' walk from Shinsaibashi, Parco, and Daimaru Department Store.

Mixed stay at Kraksa Hotel Namba Osaka. Location is great 👍 Right next to FamilyMart + markets, 7-8 min walk to Namba Station with direct lines to Nara 🦌, and close to busy Dotonbori for shopping + food—quiet rooms, even in a busy location. The room size was “okay”, not spacious but not cramped. Bathroom setup is a plus: shower, toilet, sink are all separate, which helps with 2-3 people. Lobby is cute with free coffee machine, great matcha, ice, drinks + snacks 🍵. Staff are so nice and all speak English. Downsides: Room cleanliness. Daily + deep cleaning every 3 days, but there were still lots of hairs/dust left behind. Also ¥500 fee if you lose the key card, not expensive, but feels unnecessary. Had fun overall and the location made it easy to explore Osaka, but personally I’d try somewhere else next time to see a different area.

The room was really old, the lighting was dim, and the air conditioning smelled bad. It looked nothing like the pictures online. I'd advise everyone to avoid this place. After checking in, I tried to cancel, but the owner said they wouldn't refund a single penny. In the end, I had no choice but to take the loss and move to another hotel that very night. I just couldn't stand staying there!

I had a really great stay at Karaksa Hotel Osaka Namba and would definitely recommend it. The location is extremely convenient — there’s a Lawson just around the corner (turn right when you walk out and go straight), and you can reach Namba in about 5 minutes on foot. There are also plenty of food options nearby, including a famous izakaya just opposite the hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very well soundproofed — we didn’t even hear a baby crying until we stepped outside, which says a lot. The bed was comfortable, and the layout was thoughtfully designed. The toilet, sink, and shower areas are separated, which made it very practical. There was enough space to open two large suitcases and still move around comfortably, plus a small dining table for two. Amenities were more than sufficient — slippers and pajamas were provided, and additional items were easily available at the lobby. The room also came with a kettle, tea, coffee, and a fridge. One highlight for me was that they use POLA toiletries, which is a premium Japanese brand — such a nice touch. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and there was also an air purifier in the room. I really appreciated the free-flow coffee, tea, matcha, and snacks at the lobby, along with water dispensers on multiple floors, which made everything very convenient. They even provided umbrellas when it rained. The hotel also offers weekly tourist information sessions, which is a thoughtful addition, and complimentary luggage storage after check-out was very helpful. What truly stood out was the Japanese hospitality. The staff were warm and welcoming — especially a lady named Lyu (if I got her name right), who took the time to explain everything patiently during check-in, all with a friendly smile. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay — I would happily come back again.

1. The hotel's location is excellent, nestled in Osaka's bustling commercial district, offering a peaceful retreat despite being centrally located. You can walk to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori. From Kansai Airport, take the Nankai Express to Namba Station, and the hotel is just a seven or eight-minute walk away. It's also super convenient for a day trip to Nara, as you can catch the Kintetsu train from Namba. 2. The room was very quiet with excellent soundproofing. The bathroom featured a wet/dry separation, which is a rare find in Osaka hotels, and the room size was perfectly adequate. 3. The breakfast spread was fantastic, offering both Japanese and Western options, including salmon, roast beef, and more. Various beverages were also available for free all day. Overall, you can book this hotel with confidence. I spent days comparing options online before booking, and after my stay, I felt it was incredibly good value for money. Just be sure to book in advance; when I tried to extend my stay, there were no rooms left!

Excellent location, the room was spacious and very comfortable. I particularly liked that the toilet and shower were separate. It's incredibly close to the main streets of Shinsaibashi and Namba, and there are plenty of convenience stores downstairs. Highly recommend! The bed was super big too.

Great location just a few minutes walk from Dotonburi. Loved the free beverages and snacks from the lounge!

Super convenient in terms of locations easy access to family mart which is within 5 mins walking distance and many eateries as well. Suitable for families. Didn’t get the breakfast but there is free coffee and tea dispenser for all to access and some mini snacks.

The amenities in the hotel are great, for Japan the hotel room was pretty spacious and we could fit two girls with all our things in there. The location is pretty central next to Namba station so going to places from here is pretty easy and convenient.

Hotel feels abit old. On the aircon whole night but the room doesn't feels cold. Inform the reception and they got it done within a day! They have refreshements at the lobby. Smoking area available. Nearby family mart. Hotel provide luggage forward, min 2 days pick up! Location walking distance ~10mins to dotonbori & shinsaibashi
