Room is spacious. Good location. Great view. Large balacony for you to sit comfortly outside to enjoy the city view. However, the cleaniess of the room could be improved. I believe the staff has made their best effort to clean the carpet. But, that sort of carpet is not easy to clean. The car park is not fully 7x24. You can park the car overnight with 2000Yen per night. However, you can not drive-in or come-out between 23:00 to 08:00 every day.

However, it was difficult to find the building, so I wandered around in circles at first, but I was able to find it later because it was next to the back door of Umeda Loft. The room also had a wide window, so I didn't feel stuffy, but I was a little surprised that the entrance was opened and closed with a key and the terrace was blocked by a partition from the next room.

The area of ​​the room is also free to open the box, and the bathroom is well separated from wet and dry. The room is located on the 18th floor with a good view. You can go up to the church on the top floor just by making an appointment. It is also super beautiful! There are several shopping malls around, go to Hankyu Sanban, Hankyu Department Store is 5 minutes away, if you just stroll around, the location is still great! Disadvantages: The hotel facilities are outdated, the quilt was a little damp when I checked in, and the bathroom smell was not very good. It can be said that the overall smell is old and musty. I wanted to change hotels when I checked in. The key also has a very historical feel, and the leather case is almost used for patina. The front desk of the hotel is on the 10th floor, and you have to transfer to the guest room. It is 10 minutes away from Osaka Station, so if you want to go to many places, it is not recommended, it really takes a long time. Although it may be only 5 minutes away from other hotels, it is really, really hot in summer! I brought my two children to stay for 5 nights, and I only gave two bath towels and two bottles of water for the first two days. If there are other newer hotels to choose from, it is recommended to choose a newer hotel.
