The location is convenient, and the customer service responses were very quick. The room was well-equipped, and there are many restaurants nearby. It's also not far from the supermarket, Tsutenkaku Tower, Kizugawa Market, and Namba Station. However, the TV remote and the hairdryer vent need to be cleaned, and the curtain at the foot of the bed lets in too much light in the morning. I hope they will add a small bedside lamp. I stayed on the 9th floor this time.

Good destination but it was a little bit small for opening 2 large luggages.bathroom is also quite nice for having a relaxing time after a walk

Nice cozy place in a strategic area. Close to station and Dotonbori. Perfect for visitior looking for all day activities.

Best place to stay in Namba. Location is close to everything. Very spacious room with a kitchen and pretty spacious bathroom area. Has washing machine.

The place is very clean and considered spacious for 2 people. The place is walking distance to the popular place. Would like to stay again on next vacation. I love that complete sets inside the room such as washing machine, ref, microwave, electric pot. Particularly i amazed on drying for clothing. Hi tech.

Room was sizable compared to hotels. Check in/ out was easy and fuss free.

So good💯 The amenities is complete, the location near the market, dotonbori and station. The price also reasonable. Though the space a bit cramped but still okay and comfortable. Will book again next time if come to osaka.

Pros: The location is excellent. Nankai Namba Station is a quick 5-6 minute walk once you know the area, and Shinsaibashi is just over a 10-minute stroll. Tsutenkaku is also within easy reach. Plus, there are plenty of dining and drinking options right nearby. The room was equipped with a fridge and a washing machine, which was a huge convenience. Cons: Room cleanliness was a major disappointment. The air conditioning had a strong, unpleasant odor and wasn't cooling effectively. The filter was incredibly clogged with dirt, resembling a thick rag, and only started working properly after I cleaned it myself. The bathroom exhaust fan filter was equally disgusting, looking as if it hadn't been cleaned since the hotel opened. There was also a large dead cockroach on the balcony. The space between the two beds was extremely narrow, making it easy to bump your feet on the bed frames. Finally, the cleaning staff member I encountered seemed very grumpy and unapproachable; I'd suggest avoiding unnecessary interaction.
