The room isn't huge, but it was clean. The front desk staff were really friendly and helpful, and they let us store our luggage. It's not far from the stadium, which is perfect if you're in town for a concert. Plus, there are lots of subway lines nearby, making it super convenient.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel overall. The location is incredibly convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, with excellent transportation links. This makes it super easy to get around, whether you're on a tight schedule or exploring local sights. Plus, there are plenty of convenience stores and small supermarkets nearby, so daily essentials are never an issue. The room itself was spotless, with great natural light and ventilation, ensuring a very comfortable stay. The facilities were comprehensive and impeccably maintained, showing no signs of wear and tear. I particularly appreciated the soft and comfortable bedding. Excellent soundproofing also meant I could enjoy a peaceful night's sleep, waking up feeling completely refreshed. The staff provided truly outstanding service. The entire process, from check-in to check-out, was efficient and seamless. They were friendly, polite, and quick to respond to any questions or requests. What's more, they proactively offered useful local tips, like recommendations for unique shops or the most convenient public transport options. These thoughtful touches really made me feel well looked after. Overall, it offers excellent value for money and was a truly pleasant stay. I would definitely prioritize staying here again if I'm back in the area.

Probably one of the worst Hotels in Osaka, maybe the worst in all of Japan. I never experienced such bad conditions and service before. Usually I am impressed by the good manners and service in Japan. But here it's completely different. It was also impossible to reach the reception desk or talk to someone in charge. Maybe it's because they don't like foreigners or maybe their service is just that bad always. Despite a cancellation of my room was not possible, I stayed in another hotel.

The location was conveniently located about a 3mins walk away from the train station. The hotel staff was friendly. Although the room looks a bit old, it is clean and tidy. There are convenience stores nearby the hotel too.

Enjoy my stay here. The free breakfast is good. The public bath is acceptable. But better avoid peak hours, it is quite small. Staff are nice.

I'm glad I chose this hotel, given the staff's friendliness and cleanliness. Breakfast was also satisfying. I stayed for two nights, but on the first day, the hotel's multi-story parking lot (1,000 yen) was full due to its height, so I parked at a nearby affiliated parking lot (1,600 yen). They also reserved a spot for me the next day, which was very helpful. The only thing I noticed was that the TV and toilet seat needed replacing. I would definitely stay here again if I had the chance.

This is the hotel I chose for attending the Osaka Expo. It's good value for money, but it's too crowded and the staff are unfriendly.

I checked out late at night and added an hour to my check-out time, but I was able to use the large public bath until 2:00 AM, which was great as I was able to relax in the morning. The breakfast was also delicious. It was a very satisfying stay considering the price. Thank you very much.

I accidentally booked a smoking room, but they quickly changed it to a non-smoking room.

The hotel is closest to Awaza Subway Station (Exit 3), so transportation is quite convenient. The hotel provides a limited-time welcome drink. Although the room is not big, it is cleaned every day and is hygienic. The breakfast is very rich and a little different every day. It tastes good. The staff, including the front desk/catering and cleaning staff, are serious, responsible and polite. The large bath on the 14th floor has a good experience. The room rate is reasonable. This is a very good accommodation experience and is worth recommending.
