Location was great, about 3-5 min walk from Shin-Osaka station. There is daily housekeeping, where they tidy your room and replace the towels. Just right next to it is a convenience store, where you can purchase water and other essentials. Nothing to complain about the hotel. Price point was pretty decent as well.

Strategic location, 5mins walk to the Shin Osaka Station. Can settle your JR Pass exchange order and reservations in the JR Office here.
Wide variety of eateries, souvenir shops, supermarket and Daiso inside the Station.
Washer cum dryer do not dry clothings. Bought extra hangers from Daiso to hang to dry.
