I love to stay in this Hotel. The room is bigger than i expected, you can open two suitcases at the same time.There is hot spring . Ths space is not too big , but luckily ,i am the only one to use it in the early morning.there are free ramen and ice cream for supper. It also probide ice pillow in summer to help sleep better at night. i can say that is very traditional Japanese hotel.The service is quite nice.

Environment: This hotel is terrible, completely unlike the Dormy Inns I've stayed at before in Nagano, and especially Kofu and Takasaki. The facilities are outdated, and the walls and floors are dirty. The drain in the sink was brown and looked disgusting. The main issue was the musty smell from the air conditioning, and the entire room reeked of a sewer-like mustiness mixed with the AC's damp smell. Service: You have to go to the front desk on the 1st floor to exchange towels from a box at the entrance. Facilities: They offer complimentary ramen for supper, but the restaurant area is tiny and fills up quickly. They have ice cream, but no Yakult.

I've stayed at this hotel brand multiple times and always loved it, and this location was just as satisfying. The hotel is right on the main street, which makes getting around incredibly convenient.

I always choose to stay at the Dormy Inn hotel chain whenever I visit Japan. This particular property, located in the busy Shinsaibashi area, feels a bit older compared to others I’ve stayed at. However, its location is very convenient—just a 5-minute walk to Namba Parks, where I can easily catch the airport limousine bus to Kansai Airport.

The hotel's location is excellent, conveniently accessible from either Nippombashi or Nagahoribashi subway stations. The best option is Exit 10 at Nippombashi Station, which has an elevator – perfect if you have heavy luggage and want to avoid stairs. Dotonbori is right across the street from the hotel, and Shinsaibashi is also very close, making shopping incredibly convenient. You can even walk to Namba Station, though it's a bit further, where you'll find Takashimaya department store, which is great for browsing. The hotel has a hot spring bath, which is popular with Korean guests, and offers unlimited ice cream and Yakult! The front desk staff are warm and polite, and some even speak Chinese. There's a FamilyMart convenience store downstairs, making it super easy to grab snacks. The hotel breakfast is bountiful, and the cleanliness is impeccable. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The hotel location is good but the room is not clean. The staff of the restaurant and front desk staff are very polite and helpful. We are soooo appreciative the free night meal which is so yummy.

Pros: 1. The breakfast selection was excellent each morning. 2. The rooms had a practical layout and the bathrooms were stocked with delightful POLA hair and shower products. 3. Check-in and check-out were efficient thanks to the computer system. 4. Reception and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. Cons: 1. The windows were not soundproof, so traffic noise at night could be disruptive. 2. The onsen was pleasant but felt cramped when busy. There were insufficient drying stations near the onsen, so I had to return to my room with wet hair to dry it. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka—especially for its natural spring onsen.

My stay at Dormy Inn PREMIUM Namba was truly excellent overall! The service, location, and facilities were all undoubtedly great. First, the location is incredibly convenient, about a 10-minute walk to Shinsaibashi, making it perfect for shopping and dining. The hotel staff were also very accommodating and polite, which made me feel very comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the onsen facilities; it was so relaxing to soak in the hot spring after a day of shopping. Plus, the complimentary Yonaki ramen and ice cream every evening were something I looked forward to every day – it felt like a real treat. The only minor downside was a bit of dust in the room. It would have been even better if daily cleaning service was provided. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Osaka.

We stayed two nights at this hotel near Namba Dotonbori. It was wonderful to relax in a warm hot spring bath after a long day of exploring. After the bath, they provided ice cream and yogurt, and after 9:30 PM, they also provided complimentary Japanese ramen, which was delicious. The staff were all friendly, and the beds were comfortable, so we slept well. Next time I visit Namba, I'll definitely stay at this hotel again.

Quite a convenient choice when travelling in Osaka, the property is very close to the major tourist attractions so there are a lot to do nearby. Also the facilities are overall clean and comfortable.

The hot spring is relaxing, sometimes people speaks loud in there tho. The hotel offers free noodles, ice cream at night. The room is clean. Location is good. Self check in and out.

The most important thing to note is that you can hear the train tracks nearby from the hotel. The soundproofing for conversations in the hallway or noisy children is also not great, so if you're sensitive to noise, you might want to reconsider. Breakfast maintains a high standard, with both the seafood rice and okonomiyaki being delicious. They even add oranges to the hot spring in the morning.
