5/5PerfectRoom was very small, at first arrival one thinks with 3 of us how can we cope in such a small room. However size doesn’t matter right? After a couple of days we got used to it. Location location, this is right above Osaka station and near to absolutely everything. Shopping, Ferris wheel, laundromat (that’s important)……7 eleven on 1st floor in train station concourse where they sell pre-packed meals and wine. Ice machine and drinks machine on each floor…… Would definitely choose this Hotel if we ever come back to Osaka

4.7/5OutstandingGreat location at JR train station. Room was clean and check in/out was easy. Hotel held our luggage for us after check out with no issues. Didn’t use any amenities but I don’t think there were many. Would stay here again.

Haven't found the right property yet?
I bought a microwave food and found out that the room doesn't have a microwave. Iron had to request and call the room service but no one picked up. So I called the desk operator instead. However, the entire experience was okay and the location was great. Fully recommended for first-time travelers to Japan.
