Had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Great location and overall a pleasant experience. Would definitely stay here again.

Lively Osaka was very cozy & very friendly staffs who all spoke decent English. Their hospitality was definitely one of the best I’ve been to in 🇯🇵 also a good size room for BIZ traveller (wish they offered 1 King instead of 2 twins). Bfast was acceptable but if u stay more then few nights might get tired of them since it’s the same daily! Overall was a nice experience & will for sure try their sister hotel chains in other cities!

The lively hotel Osaka was perfect - super clean and very comfortable. There was free beer between 6-7pm which had a life DJ as well. Definitely would come back again

Spent the weekend here with my wife and two daughters (5 and 9). We all had such and amazing time and the girls loved the bunk bed. One of the coolest hotels we have stayed at in mainland Japan and would definitely return!

The front desk had a staff member who spoke Chinese, which made check-in super easy. The room was spacious and well-laid out, and it's really close to the subway station! Plus, it's right next to some very upscale residential buildings in Osaka.

Such a cool hotel! Very well thought through services - breakfast was a ten, the items to rent show a lot of thought has gone in to guest experience. The room was huge and super clean. Free beer and a DJ set in the evening was a nice extra touch.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Osaka. The service at the front desk was excellent. I would like to especially thank Ms. Noto for her kind and patient assistance in helping me find the best way to the airport. I will definitely book this hotel again the next time I visit Osaka!

The hotel is at a very good location, it offers excellent amenities and complimentary services. All staff were kind and helpful. The only negative thing I have to say is that the mattress in our room was caving in the middle and troubled my sleep.

Close to chuo line and the area is clean. It’s more on the bachelor customer than families.
