Kuretake Inn Osaka Midosuji Honmachi

"Exceptional Stay! Amazing Staff, Relaxing Onsen, and Fantastic Happy Hour" My stay at the Kuretake Inn Osaka Midosuji Honmachi was absolutely wonderful, and I highly recommend this hotel. I was incredibly impressed by the workers—every single staff member was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to be helpful. This truly made the difference in my trip. The onsite onsen (public bath) was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of walking around Osaka. It was clean, spacious, and a great way to relax. Finally, the Happy Hour was a superb complimentary feature! Enjoying free draft beer and drinks in the evening was a lovely touch and fantastic value. Combine all of this with a great location near Hommachi Station (walkable distance to Dotombori), and you have a hotel that delivers exceptional quality and service. I can't wait to return!

Everything was so good, location is fabulous and really close to station or even walking distance to famous spot Shinsaibashi! The breakfast included was amazing! The only thing is the room was set as warm room, and it triggered my allergy to respiratory system which I suffered quite a lot at night.

Convenience, nearby to hommachi station and walking distance to shinsaibashi, clean rooms and fairly large for local standard

During my 5-night stay, I found almost everything to be good—clean rooms, convenient location, and friendly staff. The hotel’s central position on Midosuji makes it easy to explore Osaka, with Honmachi Station just steps away. Many guests highlight the delicious breakfast buffet and the added bonus of a public bath, which is rare for hotels in this price range. One detail worth mentioning: the hotel has a policy where guests who skip daily room cleaning are supposed to receive complimentary mineral water. In my case, despite not requesting cleaning for the entire stay, I did not receive the water. It’s a small issue, but worth noting for consistency.

This location is very good. Near the Hommachi Stn, but the nearest exit have no lift or escalator. However, you can go to exit 7 take the escalator or go to the Apa Hotel exit have the lift go up to the ground floor, and slowly walk to the hotel. Very near to the Shinsaibashi main street, Walking distance just about 10-15min to the popular osaka tourist spot, along the road have many things to shop. Breakfast so far so good, although can’t compare to those 5stars hotel breakfast, but the taste still not bad. The hotel itself have the hot spring bath and washing laundry machine. Good to staying here.
