Pros:
- host very responsive and accommodating.
- great location, closed to train stations, lots of convi/shops around (less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel), near to an authentic japanese resto (it was oishi! And the family owner was friendly).
- location was easy to find (we used google map for direction from the airport).
- room was clean and has all the amenities and toiletries (tothbrush, toothpaste, razor, comb, shower cup, cotton buds, large size body wash, shampoo & conditioner) you'll need. loved the bidet!
- liked that they have free luggage deposit.
- has elevator (convenient if you have luggages).
Cons:
- room size is japan standard but all of us 5 adults able to fit in comfortably (not really negative for us).

Worst location ever. No service at all. Room cleaning needs payment of 3000 Yen….Ridiculous….and also attempt to bribe customers by asking to give a perfect review in exchange for 2000 Yen on next visit…..

The entire experience was fantastic! The equipment and the facility was so good. Like the microwave, refrigerator and vacuum are all provided. And the staff's manner was so good and kind!

The location is great. Closed to a big local grocery store that provides a reasonable price for food, drink and fruits.

It takes around 15 minutes to walk to the station from Lucky Namba. There is is a supermarket 5-minute away from the hotel apartment. If you plan to cook inside, the supermarket is a great place to shop. The choice of nearby restaturants is limited unless you dine near the station. The service is good and the housekeeping is good, too.

A very spacious room with all amenities accessible. Less than 1 km from the busyness of Dotonbori, it was pleasant and quiet but was easy to access (and have some awesome walks) to other areas around Osaka.
Would stay there again.

It’s an automatic Check in hôtel, with a “kitch” look. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, but a 25 mn walk to the center. Hopefully we know that Japan is safe because it was a bit scary. Also, it’s very very small, mainly the bathroom. Not sure that large people can even use it. The beds were very hard. But it was clean, with all amenities needed. Good enough for 1 night but a bit expansive regarding the size of the bathroom and the neighborhood.
