Good location next to metro station. Quiet place. A lot of conbini nearby. Enough space for 4 people. Shower and water was pretty good. A slightly shabby room. Expected green and light one, but got black and blue. Not a big deal.

Well customer service, response time very fast

Room are very dusty, need to wear mask in room as 1 of us has allergy nose. Wifi down, took 4 days to repair……. Is worse than Airbnb. Pillows are too flat (have to buy pillows as we staying more than 10 days), tatami bed also very hard (1 of us suffer back pain after 3rd nights). Only good as near sub-metro station but still need to transfer to main line in order go anywhere. Never go back to it if going Osaka. Highly not recommend! 😒😒😒

Good service

The hot water is good and the air conditioner and heating are good, but the location is far from the main tourist attraction and the cleaning condition is not good, especially the blanket has too much dust, but the price aspect is good.

A wonderful hotel. Remote check-in and no requests for passport or visa photos. They send your reservation details the day before check-in, which is reassuring. There's a mini laundry room on the ground floor. It's clean—no dirt, dust, or mold in the bathroom—perfect. Very close to the subway, a two-minute walk with a suitcase. (Or run, about 30 seconds.) There are plenty of shops nearby. Sights are also nearby, including Den Den Town and Osaka Tower. The view from the window is average, but at least it's quiet. The room has a kettle, refrigerator, microwave, and stovetop, so you can cook. Basic utensils, including a frying pan, are available for reheating cooked food. I really liked it; the price was about 6,000 rubles per night.

Impressed with the communication, attentive from the beginning of the booking until the day we arrived at the hotel. We booked 2 rooms but received passwords for only 1 room. But a short while later, the hotel sent the password for the 2nd room. We talked via Line, very convenient. This trip we went to the Expo 2025. In the room, there was a kitchen with simple cooking equipment. There was a coin-operated washing machine, free detergent. The only thing that was deducted was the dust. We were able to handle it ourselves. Traveling to the train station is nearby. There are convenience stores and other restaurants that are far away. You can walk there.

The environment is pleasant; it's a great place to stay that's quiet yet conveniently located. Convenience stores and supermarkets are all nearby. I'll definitely come back next time.
