Apartment Hotel 11 Shinsaibashi Amemura

We enjoyed staying at this apartment hotel which is walking distance to Namba Metro Station and there is elevator for elderly access. The 2 Double Beds are big enough for 4 pax sharing but we didn’t know (we read online that the Japan Double Bed is too small for 2 pax sharing) and we had booked 2 rooms instead. From this experience, actually 4 pax can stay in a 2 Double Bed room. There are amenities like washing machine with washing detergent for you to wash your clothes (so that we don’t have to bring many pieces of clothes for travel). The room is clean and they provide plates and cutleries for you to heat up food via microwave oven. They also loan us umbrellas. Love this apartment hotel.

We travel to Osaka with a family. The location is very convenient, just a couple of minutes walk to the centre of Dottonbori, and also nearby Namba Station. Room is complete with kitchen and washing room. Really value for money.

I stayed here for three nights. There are three convenience stores nearby - 7-Eleven, Family Mart & Lawson, so it's very convenient if you want to grab a late-night snack. Namba Station is also within a 10 minute walk, and you can easily access Namba Walk from there. Additionally, th hotel also provides different USB charging ports. CONS : The downside is that there is no front desk. When checking in, you have to figure everything out yourself. Luggage storage is also unattended, which may be a concern for some guests. But overall was great besides the cons.

The apartment can be easily accessed from the underground shopping mall connected to the train stations. From Kansai airport, I took the train to Namba station. However, one drawback is that there's only one elevator, which is often crowded, requiring a wait. No room cleaning until I check out. Key is locked outside the door with keypad.

Stay at Apartment Hotel 11 Amemura was overall decent,with a FamilyMart and 7-Eleven downstairs, and several attractions within walking distance. The self check-in process was smooth as well. However, the cleanliness was disappointing ⭐️⭐️⭐️ There was noticeable dust on the carpet, bed, and pillows. This is not suitable for guests with sensitive skin or allergies, as it caused itchiness and discomfort during the stay. ⚠️This is something should seriously improve.
