Best Western Hotel Fino Osaka Shinsaibashi

It is considered to be a very good location and many other things, with convenient transportation.

I recently stayed at the Best Western hotel for 4 nights, and overall it was a pleasant experience that largely met my expectations. .

The room is small. A bit far from the shopping areas. Need to walk around 15 minutes before can reach Dodonbori. But near to train station.

Hotel is in the good location around 10 mins walk to Shinsaibashi and from Doton plaza which is the bus stop for airport limousine Staff were so nice and help full but, it quite lack on cleanliness from house keeping staff and often left us nothing for an empty amenities such as tissue and toothpaste however, you could ask an receptionist on request. They prepared welcome drink and others amenities in the lobby

The hotel front desk staff were not very helpful, and they seemed unhappy during our check-in. The room size was acceptable, but the air conditioning was poor and couldn’t be adjusted, making the room feel very stuffy. The window also couldn’t be opened to allow any airflow. Additionally, the shower head in the bathroom couldn’t be adjusted in height, which was inconvenient. The mini fridge was not properly cleaned, as we found a previously opened bottle left inside. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience, and I would not recommend staying here again.
