Overall, it was pretty good. The room was quite spacious, and the breakfast was actually decent. The location is about a 10-minute walk from Shinsaibashi, and there are plenty of food options nearby, mostly snack bars and izakayas.

The hotel is a bit of a walk from both metro stations, which can be challenging if you have a lot of luggage. I booked a random room online and made a note, but I was mostly assigned to mini-rooms on lower floors. There are no toiletries in the room; you have to pick them up yourself on the first floor. The staff's service attitude was quite good, and the impromptu photos turned out very well: Figure 1 shows a corner of the lobby, and Figure 2 is the restaurant. The room was really too small, so I didn't take any pictures of it.

Had to extend my stay due to typhoon season… the hotel has all you need and perfect for a solo traveler. Only gripe is the amenities bar is closed at night and I can’t get the stuff I need all the time.

The hotel is about a 7-8 minute walk to Shinsaibashi and very close to the subway station. It's in a lively area but still quiet. We had a room each and it felt quite spacious. The front desk staff were very helpful, and you can pick up toiletries from the front desk. For around 300+ a night, the overall value for money is really good.

Locals Neighborhood Hotel near two subways (one carry-on suitcase is convenient to walk). Not too busy, but good options for a temple, church, restaurants, snacks, fine dining, whiskey lounges, and photography are nearby.
Automated check-in with a staff to assist along with convenient breakfast and bathroom amenities. Locking luggage hold and tourist info in the lobby.
Sauna bathroom convenient and daily housekeeping with a do not disturb replacement bag if needed. Minimal window views, but not really in the room much honestly. ATMs nearby and easy to utilize space within the rooms.
Very affordable option for Osaka central to a lot. Rent a bike or grab an uber.

Staying in a standard queen room at the Shizutetsu Hotel Prezio Osaka Shinsaibashi was absolutely amazing value for money! The location is fantastic, really close to Shinsaibashi and Honmachi Station, which was super convenient for shopping and late-night snacks. Yet, it was surprisingly quiet at night, which was great for sleeping. The room was spotlessly clean, and there was plenty of space to open two large suitcases without any trouble. What I loved most was the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom. The front desk staff were also very friendly. For this price, the quality is outstanding. I'll definitely be back next time I visit Osaka!

This hotel offered the biggest and most affordable room throughout our entire Japan trip, truly great value for money. There was a Chinese-speaking staff member at the front desk, and it's conveniently located near the subway station and attractions.

The staff are super nice and friendly. I requested not to clean my room and they put a bag outside of my room including water and plastic bags for the rubbish etc. This is quite convenient and sweet. But the main problem of the hotel is the location. The metro station is quite far away

The location is great, just a seven or eight-minute walk from Shinsaibashi. The hotel itself is clean and quiet, not noisy at all. They even provide disposable pajamas, and there's a good selection of toiletries available for self-service in the lobby. The front desk staff are also very helpful. It's perfect for solo travelers.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was a bit small but very clean with a comfortable bed.
The location is also very good with multiple convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The subway is also in a walkable distance.

The room was very spacious and well-equipped. The only downside is the location, which is a bit far from Honmachi and Shinsaibashi stations. However, there are many restaurants and small shops nearby, making up for it as you can explore them while walking around. The hotel restaurant's breakfast isn't cheap, and the selection is limited, mainly consisting of staple foods like noodles and rice. This might be because not many guests eat breakfast there. So, if I were to have breakfast, I'd choose to eat out. The service and environment otherwise were excellent. Overall, it offers great value for money!

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times. The bathtub and shower are separate, and the bathroom has a wet/dry partition. The location is quite convenient, very close to Shinsaibashi, with several subway lines nearby, and plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. The hotel staff are friendly, proactive, and patiently answer guests' questions.

The room was very clean and quiet. They have self-service machines for check-in and check-out, which is convenient. I arrived an hour early and thought I wouldn't be able to check in, but I asked the front desk just in case, and they let me! That was a huge help! It's a bit of a walk from the subway station, but not too far.

Staffs are very warm and friendly. Breakfast buffet is must added to the booking. Taste and variety are awesome. Location is great, walking distance to nearby subway station and Shisaibashi shopping district. I’ll definitely come back to this hotel when I travel back to Osaka.
