I stay usually in a nearby hotel but was fully booked and I had to come to Quintessia. Very welcoming staff, very pleasant junior suite with comfortable bed and acceptable pillows ( at least we can pick our favourite). Simple breakfast ( not many options and the scrambled looked not very attractive) but the good news are that restaurant “Jardin” at night offers a very nice dinner options in a very cosy atmosphere with attentive and efficient service. Very good food with very nice presentation. I will repeat for sure since I visit the area very often. Positive surprise

A business trip with two colleagues led us here. I had high hopes from the reviews but upon arrival to my room, I was very disappointed. All three of us had the same issue of a musty odor perfumed with a room freshener. We all noticed a good amount of mold in and around the showers. In my case, the soap dispenser had been removed from the wall leaving a metal bracket but no soap. Maybe the funniest issue was that the door to the toilet scraped against the toilet seat. Meaning, if you open the door, it will run into your legs unless you squeeze into the corner. Bizarre.
All of this would be perhaps expected from a modest one-star property, but given this is a 4-star resort, it was shocking and incredibly disappointing.

Très bel hôtel chambre très confortable, et spacieuse. Environnement très calme, hôtel entouré de verdure. Le personnel est aux petits soins et est très professionnel. L espace aquatique est au top quant au brunch le dimanche midi c est exceptionnel. Nous avons passé un superbe moment très relaxant que nous referons rapidement. Nous recommandons

Situé en banlieue nantaise, l’environnement est boisé et calme. Hôtel rénové et confortable. Personnel aimable et attentionné. Chambre spacieuse et bien décorée (dans l’ère du vintage) mais à la literie trop dure et à l’isolation phonique insuffisante (certainement en raison de l’ancienneté du bâtiment - autrefois Le Domaine d’Orvault). Petit déjeuner décevant néanmoins (buffet limité en choix, personnel rustre et salle de restaurant glaciale (chauffage en panne ?). Situated in the suburbs of Nantes, the setting is wooded and peaceful. Comfortable renovated hotel. Friendly and attentive staff. Spacious, well-decorated room (in the vintage era) but bedding too hard and soundproofing inadequate (certainly due to the age of the building - formerly Le Domaine d'Orvault). However, the breakfast was disappointing (limited choice from the buffet, rude staff and a chilly dining room (was the heating system out of order ?).

chambre trés spacieuse et lit exellent. Pas de bruit et une ambiance bucolique le matin. . Un petit déjeuner à la hauteur. Trés varié avec des produits maisons. L'accueil a été trés agréable malgré une arrivée tardive. tout le personnel fait preuve d'une trés belle qualité d'accueil

A l'occasion de la soirée Périgord, j'ai testé l'hôtel. J'adore ces grands lits moelleux et la déco de la chambre est vraiment cocoon. j'ai passé une très bonne nuit : la literie, le cadre, le réveil au chant des petits oiseaux au milieu des pins, je suis fan !!

L'année dernière, nous avons fréquenté le spa et le restaurant à trois, meme quatre reprises. À chaque visite, il y avait des changements de dernière minute dont nous n'étions pas informés, comme des frais supplémentaires pour les serviettes, pour les claquettes, hamam en reparation, reservation obligatoire par telephonne , apres par groupon. Malgré cela, nous avons toléré ces perturbations en supposant une transition organisationnelle. Cependant, la goutte d'eau a été l'annulation sans solution de notre réservation par la responsable du spa lors de notre réservation via Groupon comme exigé . Nous sommes déçues au point de ne plus envisager de retourner dans cette etablissement.
