Residence Altea

I booked for two nights with extreme ease. On the second day, around 2:00 PM, returning to the property from a walk, I met the owner and asked if I could pay because I would be leaving around 5:00 AM. Seeing me at the reception desk with my 4-year-old Jack Russell, a super-well-behaved dog who'd been to hotels since she was 3 months old, she urged my partner to immediately take the dog outside the property, saying that pets are not allowed and that this is clearly stated everywhere. This is nowhere stated at the property, on the website, or in the booking confirmation sent via email. I was forced to leave immediately, losing one night, but the owner, with aplomb, proceeded to bill me for two nights anyway. I didn't want to argue and ruin the 48 hours of relaxation I'd enjoyed, but I will report the fraud.

This apartment is truly the best accommodation you could choose. The staff is incredibly friendly from start to finish! The apartment is extremely clean and well-equipped. A particularly nice touch is the truly excellent breakfast. Any egg dish you like is available upon request, and every morning there's some kind of extra treat! On the last day, there was even an avocado dip! You simply feel completely at ease. Thank you so much for this wonderful stay!
