The breakfast was a bit weak, but everything else was perfect. The staff were very attentive and quickly helped with any issues. Also, the Alexa smart system was a lot of fun, just a heads-up for those who are curious! :))

The hotel, where we stayed for 3 nights, offers a truly unique experience: a virtual assistant system, unlike anything else in the area. Adding to this experience was the staff's knowledge of the area, their friendly demeanor, and their ability to understand and anticipate your needs. I especially want to mention two people who took care of us: Mr. Abdurrahman and Mr. Halil. They were professionals in their field, listening to our requests and suggestions, making us feel like true guests, and maintaining their high standards and constant smiles. We thank them very much 🙏. We would love to experience this again. The approach of these wonderful people in the team made every service received at the hotel more valuable, and they achieved an incredible balance between staff and hotel standards, something we don't often see in other hotels. We will definitely come back 🙂
