Ibis Orléans Centre Gare

The hotel's location is perfect, just a few steps from the city center and shopping streets. The possibility of parking in the hotel car park is a huge advantage but why does Ibis always have to charge for this service? Or why couldn't Accor members benefit from this service for free? The welcome is quick and efficient, the explanations perfect. The room is large, well decorated, the bed comfortable but once again a few details mean that in my opinion we risk quickly diverting towards the competition. In fact, no bottle of water offered in the room, no toiletries in the bathroom, only one towel per person, it's really stingy. For breakfast, this one is very correct, it may be missing some dairy products (yogurts) and fresh fruit. This is all a shame, we nevertheless had a good stay.

No noise in the room which was a good size and well equipped. Comfortable bedding. The bathroom was also in perfect condition, but with the disadvantage of insufficient protection against splashing water, it was difficult not to flood the floor. Everything was very clean. Room rather above my expectations. Breakfast of satisfactory quality, consistent with the category. Very friendly staff. At breakfast, I noticed that many customers were regulars. Indeed, for me, the hotel was a good choice: at the time of my stay, the rate was quite competitive.

we are loyal to Ibis for the quality of the mattresses, the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms, the good breakfast...BUT...in this hotel: no brush to clean the toilets! I want to respect the staff who clean the rooms. It may happen that you leave your signature in the toilet bowl. How to clean without a brush? The manager of this hotel forces clean customers to find incredible solutions. He respects neither his customers nor his cleaning staff. And the reasons for so-called hygiene regarding the transmission of germs with the brush... it seems to me that we wash our hands after going to the toilet... right? In addition, this alibi would also require that we not put our fingers on the toilet flush!
