I stayed two nights in this hotel on a short holiday to Paris and Orleans. I will definitely go back, everything about this hotel is favours.Its location - on the Quai we had a lovely stroll along the loire, its a few minutes walk form the tram that runs form the train station to the river, so excellent location. the service is superb all the staff were os pleasant and helpful, I can't fault the bedrooms, very comfortable, beds, shower everything excellent. Lastly the spa is amazing, jacuzzi steam and sauna you can book so you are thinly ones there at no cost, I have never had this before. Visit Orleans its a great base to see the loire and definitely stay at this hotel.

We spent a night to enjoy the firework on July 14, the hotel is ideally located on the edge of Loire with a free view and a beautiful balcony. We were overclassified as follows the 8th floor without charge thanks to my All status. The room was very clean and spacious with a jacuzzi bathroom. We could admire the fire from the room avoiding the crowd. The host was very professional and serviceable. The barman offered us two glasses of rose. The hotel is located in the centre of the city, just a 15-minute walk from the quails.

I arrived at about 7pm, and was kept waiting in an otherwise empty reception for three or four minutes waiting to be attended. I could see someone sitting at a computer in the office, facing in my direction, but he was really dressed in his casual home attire, not dressed for work, so I assumed he wasn't working on the reception desk. However, after three or four minutes of him watching the computer, he looked up and came to the desk, with no apology, just ”I'm listening to you”. He handed me the key, did not explain anything about the hotel, did not offer me the complimentary drink that comes with being a silver member, and seemed more interested in getting back to his computer. The room was small but clean and comfortable, the bed was comfortable, and it has its own private car park at the rear of the hotel, for €8 per night. It was no more than a five minute stroll to the city centre. Apart from the poor welcome, it was a pleasant stay.

My husband booked this hotel as a treat for my birthday. Unfortunately, our ‘superior’ room was on the third floor-definitely not a treat when the stairs are extremely vertiginous, there is no lift, and the birthday you are hoping to celebrate in one piece is your 70th! The room was pleasant, with a pretty decor, beautiful fabric lined walls, and interesting vintage furniture, yet rather cramped. It wasn’t possible to fully open the bathroom door as the bed was in the way. This made the room slightly oppressive; a great pity when so much thought had clearly gone into other design features. Nonetheless, the bathroom was more spacious, as well as being modern, spotless and neat. Although it’s in a good location, I would recommend establishing which floor your room will be on before you book this hotel. Walking downstairs is a truly terrifying experience and I have no doubt there are much nicer rooms than the one we stayed in!

The only thing that is not so good is that there is some noise around. I don't know if it is a special situation or something. I have been clearing the trash can to collect the trash can in the early morning. It is really noisy and noisy. There is also a loud noise in the hotel refrigerator, but the overall is good.

Hotel close to the close centre, 10 minutes walk to the cathedral. Easy access from the railway station. I travel with a small baggage so for me it was a nice walk. Helpful service, you can get everything in English. The reception is open in certain hours, shorter during weekends and holidays, so you need to learn a few procedures, and if you arrive outside the reception hours, the hotel sends a very accurate instruction. I stayed two nights in this hotel on a short holiday to Paris and Orleans. I will definitely go back, everything about this hotel is favours.Its location - on the Quai we had a lovely stroll along the loire, its a few minutes walk form the tram that runs form the train station to the river, so excellent location. the service is superb all the staff were os pleasant and helpful, I can't fault the bedrooms, very comfortable, beds, shower everything excellent. Lastly the spa is amazing, jacuzzi steam and sauna you can book so you are thinly ones there at no cost, I have never had this before. Visit Orleans its a great base to see the loire and definitely stay at this hotel.

My husband booked this hotel as a treat for my birthday. Unfortunately, our ‘superior’ room was on the third floor-definitely not a treat when the stairs are extremely vertiginous, there is no lift, and the birthday you are hoping to celebrate in one piece is your 70th! Nonetheless, the bathroom was more spacious, as well as being modern, spotless and neat. Although it’s in a good location, I would recommend establishing which floor your room will be on before you book this hotel. Walking downstairs is a truly terrifying experience and I have no doubt there are much nicer rooms than the one we stayed in!

We spent a night to enjoy the firework on July 14, the hotel is ideally located on the edge of Loire with a free view and a beautiful balcony. We were overclassified as follows the 8th floor without charge thanks to my All status. The room was very clean and spacious with a jacuzzi bathroom. We could admire the fire from the room avoiding the crowd. The host was very professional and serviceable. The barman offered us two glasses of rose. The hotel is located in the centre of the city, just a 15-minute walk from the quails.
