The hotel is perfectly located just a few steps from the city centre and the shopping streets. The Accor members could not enjoy this service free of charge? The reception is quick and effective, perfect explanations. The room is wide, well decorated, the comfortable bed, but once again a few details make it possible to turn ourselves quickly to competition. In fact, no bottle of water available in the room, no toilet products in the sdb, one toilet box per person, it really makes pink. The hotel is very comfortable and the hotel is very comfortable.

The hotel is directly opposite the Orleans Central Railway Station and the second floor of the train. The hotel is directly connected to the hotel via the second floor platform. The waiter was warm and the room was clean and tidy. The only problem was that the room was small and the luggage table in the room was small. I could only put the box on the ground, and then I had to cross the box to cross...

A great family room in a well run hotel. Perfect for what we needed. A great sized room for our family of 5. Lovely location 15 minutes walk from the city. Extremely helpful staff. Overall a superb little find for us at a brilliant rate too. Thank you.

This hotel has nice service and staffs were very kind. Their communication was no problem in English and explained to us how to get to the supermarket near us. But if you want to stay this hotel , you might need a car to get here. This hotel linens were very clean and gave us some teabags and coffee. They had also breakfast at the cafeteria. We recommend this hotel and we will stay again.

The hotel room is divided into about two rows, there is a row close to the rails,  The train will be a bit noisy after passing by.  The hotel parking lot is very wide and the car distance is very large.  Parking is very convenient.

Passing for one night for a journey for work Hotel really falling point to sleep 1 night no more rooms are modern certainly, but wet, cold and noisy I took this hotel at the last minute so really at point of The staff remains very welcome. Breakfast is medium and a little cheap. The litter and good without anymore The bathroom is very small. I recommend this hotel to really have a cheap fall point. We have visited this hotel a number of times over the past 15 years or so, including for some special occasions. Firstly the positives, the staff at reception were absolutely great and the manager and staff in the restaurant were also excellent. We had requested a change of room and this was facilitated without any fuss and again the reception staff organised this while we were out. The first room we were in had a very poor bathroom including the shower. There are no slippers or tissues in the rooms which though small items were indicative of what we saw as the small things being let slip. It appeared to us that the hotel is now focused on being a wedding venue and less attention is being paid to hotel. The breakfast was really disappointing and we were comparing it to one available at hotel we had stayed at immediately before arriving here. The coffee machine was a complete disaster and the staff appeared to be very inexperienced and failed to seize the fact that there was a problem and only agreed to make coffees when it was pointed out to them that machine was not working properly. Another guest spoke to me at the machine and said that it was inexplicable that we couldn't get a decent coffee in Italy. The selection of fruit was really poor and it appeared as if staff just added different fruit to top up the dish each day. This is a truly lovely hotel in a beautiful setting and it is a great pity to see if drop it's standards.

The Ecu de Bretagne ticks all the relevant boxes for a comfortable, well located hotel in a small attractive Loire Valley town. The rooms are large, well appointed and recently decorated, the aircon worked extremely well in this canicule and the pool is a real bonus. Easy on site parking. Generous breakfast, a bistro for dining with a limited menu, but there are lots of restaurants and bars to choose from in the town. The welcome is always warm and the staff are genuinely friendly. We have stayed here many times over the last 10 years, winter and summer, and have never been disappointed. Recommended.
