The waiter was warm and the room was clean and tidy. The only problem was that the room was small and the luggage table in the room was small. The hotel is perfectly located just a few steps from the city centre and the shopping streets. The Accor members could not enjoy this service free of charge? The reception is quick and effective, perfect explanations. The room is wide, well decorated, the comfortable bed, but once again a few details make it possible to turn ourselves quickly to competition. In fact, no bottle of water available in the room, no toilet products in the sdb, one toilet box per person, it really makes pink. The hotel is very comfortable and the hotel is very comfortable.

J'ai apprécié cet hôtel . Les équipements sont de bonne facture et la décoration originale . Petit bémol, le lit de 140, juste limite et l'isolation phonique aussi bien intérieure que extérieure est très moyenne . Une porte coulissante entre la partie entrée et le coté lit règlerait surement une partie du problème . Hormis cela, nous avons passé un bon séjour .

The hotel is a little far from the Orleans Central Railway Station. It takes about 10 minutes to get there, but the surroundings are quieter and the facilities are more updated than the IBIS at the Central Railway Station.

This is a wonderful hotel with exceptional staff. We were greeted most warmly and with the news that a festival was taking place (Indeed it was very busy and parking a little tricky.) Our rooms were comfortable and well equipped. We were lucky enough to be overlooking the river. My only reason for not giving top marks is that the bathroom is virtually in the room with a wall stopping short of the ceiling. We had our evening meal here which was part of the 'street food' vibe of the evening and although the service was slow our waiter was charming and attentive. The bed was very comfortable with nice bed linen. The breakfast, although pricey at €24, was delicious with a real variety of choice. Also be aware that the parking is €17 a night. Would I stay here again, most definitely!

My husband booked this hotel as a treat for my birthday. Unfortunately, our ‘superior’ room was on the third floor-definitely not a treat when the stairs are extremely vertiginous, there is no lift, and the birthday you are hoping to celebrate in one piece is your 70th! The room was pleasant, with a pretty decor, beautiful fabric lined walls, and interesting vintage furniture, yet rather cramped. It wasn’t possible to fully open the bathroom door as the bed was in the way. This made the room slightly oppressive; a great pity when so much thought had clearly gone into other design features. Nonetheless, the bathroom was more spacious, as well as being modern, spotless and neat. Although it’s in a good location, I would recommend establishing which floor your room will be on before you book this hotel. Walking downstairs is a truly terrifying experience and I have no doubt there are much nicer rooms than the one we stayed in!
