This hotel has the friendliest front desk staff, and I have really enjoyed staying here. They make you feel like family. And it is in such a good location for restaurants, even within walking distance, as well as with the theme parks, of course. The place is clean and cool, and I have enjoyed the new, large LG TV. The picture is incredible, and I can set it to wake me up, in the mornings. Then, I prepare my morning coffee-vitamin drink in the kitchen of the room, along with a bite to eat from the full-sized refrigerator. Don't laugh, but if you're a bit of a germaphobe, like me, you will love the fact, that all of the toilets are new! And as for housekeeping, they are nice, too, and they make sure the towels and bed linens are crispy clean. I am only sorry, that I did not find this place and come here, sooner!

Hotel location is very good! Breakfast did not eat do not know (see the restaurant feels general) our room type can not be an extra bed (but queen room enough to sleep four people (two big beds), the hotel is full of parking! Hotel location is really really good!!

It's a regular motel. I stayed here while visiting Universal Studios. It's clean inside and it's about a 30 minute walk to Universal. There is also a bus that takes you to the park across the street, so it's convenient.

I had the pleasure of meeting a great host today. He checked me in with a smile and told me to grab breakfast while I waited for the room. He also made sure when we had a problem with the room that everything was made better. I appreciate people that go above and beyond for their guests. We felt at home here. The hotel has a shuttle bus to Universal Studios and Disney, and there is a timetable at the front desk. There are convenience stores nearby, Donkin Donuts, and restaurants, but we didn't eat them.
