Hyatt Place Orlando Lake Buena Vista

The carpet is old and the room smells bad. When I moved to another city, my suitcases brought the bad smell with them.

Although the room was a little old, it was spacious, well-cleaned, and clean. The entrance door of our room didn't close properly, and the drawers were broken and always left open, which bothered me, but I hope they'll fix it soon lol. When we checked in, the staff member smiled and explained things to us in detail, which left a good impression. It made us feel glad that we chose this hotel! The free breakfast, which we were curious about, was really delicious. It may be normal for Americans, but for us Japanese, it was an exciting, typical American breakfast. The meat dishes such as bacon and sausage changed daily, and the rest were the same every day, but we were happy to have fresh apples and oranges. There is a shuttle bus service, but the times are very subtle. The shuttle times seem to change depending on the season, so you need to check when you check in on site. We only used it once to go to and from Epcot. It seemed to be a shared bus with guests from the neighboring hotel, and it was full on the way there. The location is great, as you can get to both Disney World and Universal Studios Orlando in 30 minutes using Lyft. There are many restaurants within walking distance, so you won't have any trouble finding something to eat. Last year, I stayed at an official Disney hotel, but I thought it was also fun to stay at a Good Neighbor Hotel like this one. This is definitely one of the hotels I'd like to visit again.

不會推薦這家酒店。 首先，我們入住時前台發現另一個職員幫其他客人用了我們的名字入住，先不說安全隱患，我們的房間也沒有了。他跟我們說免費幫我們升級另一間房間，可是旅伴看到那間其實是一間促銷房。 我們到房間時，發現房咭打不開房門，於是我們又要到前台重新激活房咭，結果到房間時還是不能開房門，三番四次地來回走動，幾經辛苦才進到房間，房間裏有一股發霉的異味，床單亦如照片所顯示骯髒，沐浴露也沒有了，與前台反映卻只收到沒房間的回應，只可以第二天再換，提供的新床單要我們自己舖好，答應了半小時內給我們提供沐浴露也沒有旅行承諾，當時已經接近凌晨兩點，我們只好快快入睡。 第二天我們成功換回了原本預訂的房間，但是對我們造成的麻煩已經無可挽回。早餐的項目選擇很少，窩夫機長期大排長龍，酒店職員也不管制一些訪客一個人霸佔機器20分鐘，位置倒是挺方便的，總括而言還是不推介入住！
