Had a funky smell when I first entered but thankfully my floor smelled fine. Bed was uncomfortable and really flat pillows but other than that, for the price, it was an enjoyable stay.

The location was very nice, close to all necessities. The only bad things were the actual landscaping of the hotel or lack thereof. The grass needed cut,bushes needed to be trimmed and the debris needed to be removed from the parking lot. The pool and hot tub were the best parts. The main issue was there was no hot water at all.

The check in staff was very unprofessional. The clerk asked me why am i looking at her while i was trying to check in. They closed the pool area too early. They should have longer pool hours for guests . especially since they dont have an indoor pool. The bathroom was outdated and the shower didnt work.

This hotel has nowhere to go but up from here. With some improvements, it would be really nice.
Cons:
-Pillows, very thin
-Carpet, absolutely filthy
-Customer Service, like a box of chocolates; you never know what you're going to get. Could be neutral, could be rude. Who knows.
-Front Desk, a good ways away from the baggage drop off location. Doesn't make sense at all.
-Generally dingy, paint flaking, rust, smelled like **** in the hallways.
Pros
-Location, really in a great spot
-Nice pool area
-There's lots of room for improvement
I really believe this could be a great hotel, hopefully they can make it work.

Okay place to stay. Staff seem to have language barriers. The rooms are enormous and comfortable but can use update. Limited restaurant options.

I don't know if you're going to read this... But the property is very neglected... Burned carpets, you need paint, you need to restore or improve or change the furniture both in common areas and in the rooms... Like the curtains... The rugs seem never to have been cleaned... And it's no one that anyone cleans... it's that they need or more special people or machines... Or that they make an investment or have capital partners to be able to do that... I don't know
