The service was absolutely terrible. They were out of basic amenities, charged us incorrectly, and the bill was a complete mess. This is, without a doubt, the worst Crowne Plaza I've ever stayed at. I definitely won't be returning.

This hotel is well-located, especially for the Disney parks. However, it unfortunately doesn't quite live up to the Crowne Plaza standard. We booked this hotel to visit Disney Springs - to our surprise they had our room ready early which was so lovely and convenient. The hotel is SUPER nice - smells great when you walk in, very clean, spacious, great accomodations and friendly staff. About 5-10 min uber ride to Disney Springs

Location is good. Right outside of the disney springs resort area. There are a few good restaurants within walking distance. Sofritos across the street is worth a visit. Beds are comfy, staff is great. Nice and clean.

On our last day at Disneyland, we stayed until closing time. Since there was no need to stay at a relatively expensive hotel inside the park, we booked the most affordable hotel in the area – just enough time to get some sleep. And it was indeed economical and had everything we needed: a room with a balcony, a swimming pool, and a satisfying breakfast. It was more than enough.
