They gave me the wrong room and every furniture in the room was soaked. Adrian however was great even though I couldn’t change rooms

Great location but room floor was dirty, television, microwave, coffee maker, and fridge were not working and neither was the telephone as I tried calling front desk, no dial tone. There’s no soap in the bathroom. Ac unit was not working. I tried called from desk and had to leave a voicemail and made them aware of the situation and still no call back. I had to leave in the mine of the night due to ac not working and was too tired to even go and complain. Just don’t know why I haven’t even received a call back. Very upsetting.

What an amazing staff! Our stay was incredible with a beautiful view of the volcano from volcano bay. The room was clean and super comfortable.

We got stuck on the elevator which was a traumatizing experience! The lighting in the room suck and the cleaning service came in our room without our request with the do not disturb sign on the door. Phones don’t work can’t reach the service desk if you need something.
Complained to the manager and she didn’t offer us anything to accommodate.

Dj at pool to loud especially since our room was facing the pool. Could not hear tv. Repeatedly had to go to front desk to ask for her turn it down. At least 4x. She would for a few minutes and then turn it back up. Moved to the tower next day

Ok accommodations. Rooms are very plain but clean. Pool area is nice. Biggest complaint is the customer service. No one would answer the phone!! Couldn’t get ahold of front desk ever and when trying to buy food at the store, their system kept dying and we’d have to wait and wait! The concierge hours were a joke for a hotel that size.
