The hotel has a grand exterior, exquisite and elegant interior decoration, and quality is reflected in every detail. The room has excellent lighting, a wide view, neatly arranged furniture, and impeccable hygiene. The service team is the highlight. Their sincere smiles and proactive care make me feel like spring breeze. The catering is rich and diverse, from exquisite breakfast to special dinner, every bite is full of surprises. The hotel is in a unique location, convenient for travel, and has complete surrounding facilities. This is an unforgettable accommodation experience. I will definitely recommend it to my relatives and friends, and I believe they will also enjoy the same beauty when they come here.

The hotel is clean, staff are friendly, with premium outlets and supermarket and restaurants within walking distance. Will stay in if travel to Orlando next time.

It is my second time staying in Holiday Inn Orlando International Drive. I on purposely chose it because I enjoyed the location a lot and the room was very spacious. It was again a nice stay this time!

This hotel offers free shuttle services to all major Disney parks every day, and remember to book your time online in advance. If you want early park entry, you also need to handle that online beforehand. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a microwave and refrigerator, which is very convenient. Upon check-in, we were also offered a welcome drink, making us feel very welcomed. The hotel has a swimming pool, but due to the strong wind, leaves often fall into the water. However, there’s also a hot water spa nearby, which is great for relaxation. The laundry room is located in the WING Tower and requires token exchange, which is somewhat inconvenient. The breakfast selection is good, and the serving hours are long, but it would be better if there were more options for hot food. Overall, this is a highly cost-effective choice, especially suitable for family trips. If you don’t want to stay at a Disney flagship hotel, this is definitely a great alternative—clean, convenient, and highly recommended!

Our overall stay was fantastic! The hotel has a 24-hour front desk, and they even let us check in early, around 9 AM, without any extra charge, which was incredibly accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel. They offer daily turndown service and daily room cleaning, which is a big plus! Definitely recommend this place! There's a swimming pool, and the ambiance is great! The only minor drawback is that the room lighting could be a bit better.

The rooms were clean. The service was good. The location was near everything and had easy access. The only problem was the deposit I paid is still pending and my stay was Mother’s Day Weekend.

We checked in around 7 pm with a gentleman that has a unique name should have told him to write it down I apologize but I hope you get recognition he checked us in and we were on our way to enjoy the resort unfortunately 3 hours later we noticed our ac not working and I told him about he said I'll said a tech when we came back in wasn't fixed so I called front desk and James answered apologizing about the situation and that unfortunately he couldn't do anything till the mornin, in the morning Zoe and Jillian helped my family with our extension and were able to move us to a more comfortable room with a working ac thank you all so much for going above and beyond we had a blast!! Definitely going back!!
