The location was excellent for the business I had to take care of. The bed was great, nice, and comfortable.
I didn't like the parking fee for my truck which on the web said 59 dollars when I arrived I was told my truck would cost 80 for the fee since it was a truck.
The shower head in the bathroom needs tightening. It sprays sideways out of the shower. I put a towel on the floor so it would not get soaked.

Earl at check in was so great! He really set the mood for my stay. What a great guy! Valet service was super convenient. I’m not comfortable driving in the city so I used it.
We were just there for a night for a dance event. Everything you could possibly need is within walking or use the Max a few blocks down!
The hotel is in great condition. The only thing I would warn about, is outside noise. I was on the 3rd floor with a balcony. If you’re sensitive to noise, it could be a problem. I put in ear plugs and was fine.

Great quality hotel for a good price. Excellent all around atmosphere. Great breakfast and service at the restaurant. Nice bar area also in the evenings.

The Paramount was a wonderful location with friendly staff and an internally clean environment. Unfortunately, the surrounding area of the hotel was less than desirable. I really hope the city of Portland makes better strides to clean up the downtown area.

We had an issue with our original room and they were on top of it very quickly and got us into another room, with an upgrade. It happened to be the same room we stayed in last time so my husband and I joked we need to get that room every time we stay now lol. The night shift manager is great, the front desk guy Earl "the pearl" is friendly and knowledgeable. The valet guys are great. We will definitely be back!

Perfect for a stay in downtown Portland. Great location that was easy to get to. We'll definitely stay there the next time we attend a concert at the Schnitzer Concert venue.
