房間乾淨整潔 這次給了我們一個新裝修的房間 裏面很好很乾凈 服務員也是有問必答 及時給到需要幫助 我們老客户了 住了一年多了 孩子禮拜天就會去住 孩子因住校 這裏可以洗衣服 周邊也吃喝很全

房間地板煙洞很多，給人感覺很不好，衞生間淋浴壞的，一直漏水，燈光很黃很暗，門老舊，關門開門聲音很大，退房走呀，客房大姐説把床恢復原位，當場拉下臉問她我們自己恢復？大姐看到情緒不對又説一起幫我推一下，我推不動，國慶漲價了，不值這個價，前台服務還可以，下次不會選擇這裏

主要問題
一是設施陳舊，另外規範化差點，比如抽紙也沒有，床頭擺的是別人用剩下的一小卷衞生紙，一下子感覺掉檔次了。
二是早餐一般，但是品種不少。説一般是某些方面不到位。比如小米粥，説照人影絕不過分，小米一粒一粒很清晰啊～～，不知是缺火後呢，還是反覆加水？
再如，既然提供羊雜（好像是，不過白乎乎的居多），那就好好做，或者熬好了拿過來。結果是四五十度，有的還沒化冰……有些味道差點
其他還好。服務員很熱情。
停車有地方，但是不好找，不是很方便～～
