自駕到鄂爾多斯的時候，想住一天再出發，於是在攜程上搜尋酒店和民宿。因為有人打呼嚕，必須要訂兩個房間，所以選擇了有兩個卧室的民宿。
房東的服務還是挺不錯的，添加微信以後馬上給我發了地址和注意事項，用户密碼等等。
小區外面可以免費停車。從北門進來，左手邊第1個樓就是11號樓。
這個樓比較老舊，檔次低。
一進門就一股濃濃的吸煙的味道。第一時間開窗，到晚上關窗，不過到第2天早上，屋裡還是很嗆。帶着幼兒園的小孩來住，真是覺得特別對不起孩子。
房間面積挺大的，簡易裝修。可能也是房子很老舊了吧，有些地方都已經壞了。
衞生不好，床單是臟的。廚房的燒水壺裡麪都生銹了，所以住了一晚上，寧肯渴着也沒燒開水。😭😭😭
三張大床都是1米8的，倒是挺大的。
沒有洗手液、香皂或者洗衣皂，所以想把手洗乾淨也是個問題。牙刷非常非常硬。
本來訂兩個卧室的房間就是為了夜裡休息的好，結果沒法休息好。卧室之間是用毛玻璃隔開的，夜裡有人上廁所開燈的話，另一個房間的人就會醒，因為實在是太亮了。😭😭😭😭😭
熱水還是挺不錯的。
周邊有小飯館，不過因為臨近春節，幾乎都關門了，吃飯也成了問題。
早上六點多鐘就出發了，按金下午才退。相比之下，酒店退按金還是比較快捷的，客人還在酒店的時候就會退按金。如果需要扣按金，雙方在場也會有證據。民宿可不一樣，已經離開了，不是當時退按金，萬一扣按金，真是跳進黃河也洗不清了。
房東的服務態度挺好的。非常感謝！
內心也糾結了兩天，還是決定把我是真實的入住體驗寫出來。

房間裝修一般，尤其是浴巾多長時間沒換新的了，不敢用啊。剛過12點保潔員連門都沒敲就進來説要退房打掃衞生，無語了。拖鞋不知道什麼時候爛了，算我頭上，更無語了。

房間大，床大，性價比高，生活方便，鍋碗瓢盆齊全，有冰箱，能做飯，洗衣機夠大，氣候原因衣服一夜就能晾乾，適合家庭出遊，樓下有超市，有飯店，有燒烤，遠一點有萬達，出市區也方便，裝修簡單，床上用品乾淨

房東人超好，因為我們到的早，讓我們提前入住。小區外停車方便，樓下超市菜品齊全，屋內衞生乾淨，小區位置比較便利，推薦自駕遊的朋友入住👍

本民宿除上述五星點評外，我最讚的是衞生好。特別是需作飯的客人，房主配備的飲灶具能滿足大多數人需求，而且乾淨衞生。積極推薦！

周邊交通便利停車方便，房間床很大衞生很好，特別適合家庭出行的，住處洗衣機也很大，想做飯也很方便。
