United cancelled our flight and gave my friend and I each a $225 hotel and $15 food voucher. We were put in a standard room but they took BOTH hotel vouchers from us. We asked if we could have the additional money comped towards the hotel/dinner since we only got $15. Ignored us. Go to eat dinner and they don't let you order off of the main restaurant menu but the ”jacked up/stranded traveler's limited menu” So, basically we could have nothing for $15. Now we are dealing with United Airlines for reimbursement which has been a pain!! The first room smelled of mold and so I asked to be upgraded (since they had two vouchers), it really wasn't any kind of upgrade by any means. Tried to speak with someone the next morning and no one was around.
