Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Airport

Orlando International Airport Area
The hotel is very close to the airport. About 10 minutes after the call, there will be a hotel shuttle bus to pick you up. The efficiency is pretty high. I like it. The hotel occupancy rate was very high that day, and the room was not available until the afternoon. The guy at the front desk gave an oolong when checking in, and two different guests actually got the key card of the same room number!

The hotel has free parking. It takes only 10 minutes to drive to Universal Studios. It is very convenient. There are publix nearby, whole food, Wal-Mart supermarkets, and many restaurants nearby. I ordered a hotel suite. The facilities inside are a bit old, but they are still very clean. The refrigerator, microwave, and stove are all available. It is no problem to make simple things by yourself. Breakfast is served very early. From Monday to Friday, from 7:00 to 8:30, go downstairs to the lunch box. There are hot breakfast, fruit, yogurt and so on. Overall it is a good value for money hotel.

Orlando Downtown
We have seen this hotel for a long time now and always were enamored by the outside and kind of the grandeur of it. We had a show at the arena and from past experience, had no interest and trying to drive out of there. Thought we would bite the bullet and check this cool place out. We also made a dinner reservation at the restaurant, which is highly decorated. Turns out, they are doing some heavy remodeling of various parts of the place. We had no interest in a prefix menu in the part of the restaurant that was open. We did ask if they had a bar and we were directed to the ”sky bar” on the 15th floor. Of course, when you hear ”sky bar” on the 15th floor you think of amazing views and a bad ass bar over looking the city. WRONG. It is simply the ”concierge bar/room” for Marriott point holders. Which is far from some decadent sky lounge you think of in a hotel like this in downtown Orlando. Kind of dirty, very loud, very bright and old small bar with tables of people in shorts and t shirts eating discount apps. Far from what you would expect given the name. We walked in and right back out. The rooms themselves are very basic. Nothing to get excited about. At the end of the day, I would consider it over priced but I guess you are paying to be down town. We likely will not be coming back.

Located near Orlando Airport, the hotel has an annual shuttle bus shuttle. The room size is small, clean and tidy, well-equipped, and there is an outdoor heated swimming pool. Because it happened to be repaired, this experience did not experience

Pro - Good location on International Dr and very convenient for those who want to take an i-ride trolley to explore the area. - Walkable to Orange county convention center - very close to CVS and walkable to Walgreen - The room comes with a decent fridge (no freezer compartment) and a microwave. - Three swimming pools - Room is clean and the bed is comfy. Con - Room is quite old and outdated. - although it comes with a fridge and a microwave, there is no small dining table in the room and there is only one chair on a working table. - Check in is at 4 PM which is very late and the check out line is very loooong. --> be prepared to be in line for 15 min to get the room checked out.
Residence Inn by Marriott Orlando at Millenia

Universal Studio Orlando / Sea World
The hotel is located right next to the Millenia mall. It's sparkling new, has a helpful counter staff. They helped me with my requests and they were done on time. I didn't know that they did the room cleaning after a 24 hour request, but they helped me out and got it done within 2 hours. And the cleaners did a great job as well! The rooms were sparkling clean, had a great work station, reasonably well furnished kitchen with new appliances. There was a counter cum tabletop for eating, and the sofa was very comfy to sit on. Bathroom was great, with a walk in shower area. Their pool area was great with a large plus sized area with Palm Trees, and reminded me of the pool of Grosvenor House Hotel in Dubai. Outstanding! Only suggestion I could make is: please make the legs of the small dining table a little less sharp, as we scraped our legs on it several times. Other than that a superlative stay!
