"We stumbled across this little hidden gem when driving one day looking for a drinks stop. The staff in the resort are welcoming, friendly and extremely funny. There is some little gift shops were you can buy gifts at reasonable prices, and they also sell snorkels for 25 dollars at fireman lobster, everywhere else charges that just for hire, also there is a little massage hut where you can get a whole hour for 80 dollars! Amazing price compared with resorts and the lady called Dawn gave me a whole body massage! It was amazing, I could not recommend enough, if you don't discover this little place your missing out, also look out for Gavin in the boardwalk village bar! He a lovely man, will miss here and will certainly come back."

"This was the perfect place - small & personal, colourful & bright - I felt like I lived there :) - The owners Mr. & Mrs. Wallace are friendly, inviting and "REAL", just awesome! - I can't say enough about the staff, they are attentive, friendly and accomodating. - The menu is diverse, food & presentation just make you want more & the best part !!! it includes Jamaican fare (YUM). - The beach is perfect, well cleared of seaweed - plenty of loungers/pads Aterrific place to feel at home without the crowds ＜3"

"This was our second Sandals visit and while we had a great time, there are some things to be desired at this Sandals resort. First, we received fantastic service from Cion at the front desk (she may have saved our stay & was the reason we booked two more Sandals stays), Michael at travel & loyalty, Charlie at the piano bar and Dania in food services (she may have been the hardest working employee on the entire resort). All of the Dive instructors & staff were fantastic Tristen, Josh & Pinky were the absolute best, very caring, supportive and professional. Diving was great, lots of sea life and so relaxing. All of these staff members 100% deserved the highest ratings possible. Unfortunately, the overall service at Sandals Negril is uneven, and while we received several greetings and offers for extra service, we also encountered individuals who seem to be bothered by our questions or requests for service. Finally, the resort needs to be updated. The rooms are looking shabby, and the overall look of the resort is a bit old and unkept. It was unfortunate that we went to beaches Negril and saw what an updated well staffed, and guest-centered staff looks and feels like. We have booked Sandals again. We love the brand, Negril just needs some updates and more consistency in service."

"What an amazing time we had!! Simone, Peaches and Captain Kirk made our stay even better with all the fun times during day. The games were a blast, the drinks were delicious except they kept running out of Red Stripe. You would think Management would have learned after the second day. Also, another suggestion, maybe put something down on the decking because it gets very slippery after it rains. A few of us fell and brought home souvenir bruises. The rooms were amazing and our maid made up our room beautifully every day. Our butlers provided extra items we requested and made our dinner reservations when requested. We will definitely he back and hope to be with all our new friends."
